*His voice was beginning to raise, though he paused his movements to take a calming breath before he drew the attention of any other clearing members. The beaver in his arms gave a soft churr

The sun... I've never liked overly heated days, too bright and hot, makes it difficult to sleep

But I don't really sleep? Sure I try to do something similar to sleeping when you're sleeping, but mostly I'm trying to project myself into your dreams and sleep when I fail for the 20th time because I'm pretty sure it's impossible but I try anyways because there's nothing else to do when you're sleeping.

...I was talking about the sun wasn't I?

Answering your other question, I do admit Scott is an interesting figure, the static is kinda unsettling

I understand the heat can be stifling, it feels overwhelming on my skin. The sun is nice in moderation, though. Like when there's a breeze or fog.

It's fine so far, though this is just my third day so only so much can go sour. Oeca is... boisterous, and Mohwee is partially impulsive- but neither are annoying. It would be stupid to label people that way when I can wee the reason for how they act.

I do wonder though, there’s a lot of… muscle memory around demons in here. Just, things that make me think you knew lots about them before.

Owen, could you please ask Apo if he’s ever heard about human and demon settlements before? Or just, humans living with demons. I know they had a bit of bad history, so it’s just a theory for now, but still.

Not that I'd abandon you, your head is my favorite head to be in because your head is the only head I've been in! But that wouldn't change, you're an interesting guy, got some history I reckon'

hmm? What us voices are? Well, I learn lots from my dreams, so I think I can help at least a little.

Lots of voices are different y’know. Some of us might really be apparitions created by your brain, or maybe something else, whatever took your memories. Of course, I also know that some of these voices aren’t like that at all. Some of us might be here for reasons beyond comprehension, or very simple beings. I met a couple of ghosts once, haunting as they pleased. One of them had a very nice cake hat and called herself a voice, so maybe someone else like that is here.

really, I don’t think it matters. The more important question is whether everyone is here of their own free will.

…oh, me? I’m asleep. I think. I’ve always been a very powerful dreamer. Although…. This one has been going on for quite a while….

Yeah, remembering all your names is tough- I'm thankful that most 'mental images' seem to help enough.

The main thing that we can tell is that I'm the only one with voices- or, at least, the only one admitting to it. And you seem to have to make a conscious choice to be heard by me, otherwise your voice blends into all the others droning on in my head.
