So is your original ask blog “ask the cursed hero” dead now or is it like Sleeping Beauty and you must find a way to kiss it back to life?

I’m partly flattered I’m being asked this since it’s been almost 5 years since I actually did something with Cursed Link, because it means someone still cares about it, but yeah no the ask blog is definitely dead. Even if I wanted to bring it back for some reason, all the friends I made through the blog have long since moved on or deleted their blogs, so it wouldn’t be any fun.  I won’t be deleting the blog as it has a lot of memories, but yeah I won’t ever be answering asks there or anything like that ever again. So here’s an official Rest in RIP for Cursed Link

((Since I was here, I decided to switch everything on the blog back to how it was before I changed it for the “Missing” storyline I was gonna do, then never did.

I guess it can now be known as the literal Missing Storyline hAHAHA))

Soooooooo, it’s been a while

((Like a really, really, really long while. I was going to try and bring CL back with this whole ‘missing’ thing but my motivation died pretty quick. And the death of Dark Marth really didn’t help either.

If you follow my main blog, then you know I’ve been in Fallout hell since November (and was kinda there pre-November too as hinted at through my other ‘it’s been a while’ post) and it’s become one of my fave franchises. So as you can maybe imagine, I haven’t really been thinking about anything Zelda or SSB related recently.

I’m still super hesitant to say CL is dead, so I’m going with he’s in cryosleep and hopefully will be revived in less than 200 years.

There are still some ask blogs active, mostly askbaraike and ask-ssb-marth, but maybe some others too. If for some reason you wanna check out my, the mun’s, blog then well idk why cause it’s literally just Fallout but hey.

Anyways, I guess I’ll just say sorry for being quiet for so long, sorry for CL being gone, and sorry for this wall of text. And if you actually read this, thanks and sorry again.))

It’s been almost 4 months since I’ve done anything here, and I am so so so sorry.

((I’ll be honest and say I don’t know when I’ll come back to CL; hanging out in the fandoms of these other games have been like a breath of fresh air. A really addicting breath of fresh air. I’d love to come back, but there’s no real motivation or passion behind that pull right now. And those are qualities I feel are very necessary for the soul purpose of an ask blog: to have fun. 

So for now, here’s a doodle of CL I did after Bethesda’s E3 conference. I do still think about him a lot; he is sleeping, not dead.))

Black mesa looks badass doesn't it

((I’ve been meaning to reply to this for ages, soRRY!

Black Mesa is incredible!! I actually bought it several months ago out of pure excitement for it, but I got stuck at the famous giant-squid-alien-that-attacks-anything-it-hears part. Because the original Half-Life was nice to me and kept that one security guard alive to distract it, anywAYs!

I haven’t touched it since then, ended up playing TF2, mostly offline because I suck, and now I’m currently playing Fallout: New Vegas in preparation for Fallout 4.))

((Sorry this turned into an update! These games are kinda my life right now, which is more or less why CL has been hibernating, so yeah.))

CL: W-well it seems she’s still busy, so I’ll tell you! My Mun has been busy in what she calls “Valve Hell,” which seems to involve science, aliens, crowbars and crying over banana stickers (at least that’s what she told me). She is very sorry for no updates for a long while, and plans to get back to work soon!

CL: I used to talk to Toon Link a lot before, and I’ve met a few other Links but mostly it’s just these three. Well, mostly just Time. 

Time: Ah who needs those other two? First is a stick in the mud and Sky is a huge suck up. Unlike them, you can always count on me to be there for you, Fido!
