Hey guys it's been a while, talking about methods of relaxing and calm ourself what do you do when you need to relax?

Shinya: I usually just play a really calming video game...

Maru: Uh... I end up just taking a nap or watch tv, but sometimes I take a hot shower!

I work with kids and some of them have anxiety and social issues, my and my coworkers always try to come with methods to help them overcome and relax their bad times, seeing their smiley faces and being comfortable with themself and the enviroment pays us for everything

Having pets or other method to help yourself with pain or mental issues is a blessing, my dog is my angel sent from above and my anxiety is getting a lot better. That adding regulary going to talk with a therapist is making me feel better so yes #gototherapyifyouneedit

Therapy should be treated more seriously by people, i mean there's nothing wrong or weird by people trying healing themself or needing another person to talk about their own issues. Therapy it's MORE than ok and all people should know it
