Therapy isn't that bad. People aren't weak for going to it. If anything they're strong. Lots of people are fighting their internal battles and going to therapy is like... still fighting tooth and nail, just asking for something to make their journeys less needlessly painful. Like talking rather than staying in silence. And that isn't so bad is it?

we can try and get you in contact with others. hear there's a... therapy carpool? apparently a bunch of kos and tkos are attending therapy sessions together. kind of a disaster... but there's others to talk to.
