Prominent Bounties - General Info

A very consolidated dossier on some of the more valuable and well-known bounties in the CBLS (Criminal Bounty Lookup System) as of the year 2071.

"Durante Acerbi" (real name unknown) - Rabbit Fusion, Unknown Subspecies, ~65 years old

Currently the longest outstanding bounty, and the largest bounty in the system since its inception, Durante Acerbi is the head of the Acerbi Syndicate, currently the most influential crime syndicate in existence. Several of his higher-ups also have hefty bounties inside the CBLS.

Unfortunately, the info on Durante's actual identity, especially post-Fusion, remains such a mystery that a bounty is offered for certified information or photographs, and a "Lagomorph List" used to exist within the intelligence community of potential candidates of Durante's actual identity. None of these ended up being correct.

While the organization around Durante makes him a very tough, if not impossible to find target, the ₩750 million (and growing) bounty is enticing enough for people to continue their search, despite their tendency to disappear once they get too close.

My personal note, I wonder what will happen if someone does finally capture Durante. Nature abhors a vacuum, as they say. As much as I want him captured, this concerns me.

"Lagomorph Seven" (real name unknown) - Rabbit Fusion, Unknown Subspecies, Unknown Age

Ever since the Fusion, vigilantism has been sharply on the rise. A combination of factors has led to this. The Western Hemisphere was turned into a wasteland, and this consequently meant the erasure of the United States as a superpower. This in combination with humanity's rapid spaceward expansion meant there was little hope of law enforcement having complete coverage of anything. This is the reason for the surge in the bounty system's usage, but some people found even that too limiting.

Arguably the world's most deadly vigilante, Seven's nickname comes from being one of the subjects of the "Lagomorph List". Most information on Seven comes from shaky eyewitness accounts and rumors.

Seven is known to work loosely with several other prominent vigilantes, but no official group affiliation has ever been officially established.

The only consistent description is that Seven is a jet black rabbit Fusion, usually wearing a black coat and pants with a purple trim. Most of the details, such as age, subspecies, relations, even gender, aren't actually known for certain.

The results of Seven's work, however, are quite visible. Their targets are usually found decimated in various creative ways, aside from the most high security targets, which are generally killed quite cleanly and quickly, likely out of neccessity.

They also have one of the highest currently outstanding bounties, despite only cropping up in police databases and the CBLS sometime in 2066, the year after the Fusion.

The incentive for people to capture Seven seems to be much less fueled than Durante, despite the high bounty. Their targets are almost always psychopaths and deadly criminals who have made themselves very hard to extradite. Some people even seem to see Seven as an asset, one that can be used to help clean the cesspool of violent criminals.

Ayama Trevanich (a.k.a. "Sniper Wolf") - Arctic Wolf Fusion

A vigilante who excels in kills from a distance, often with the use of an anti-materiel rifle. Not much is known about the life of Ayama, though it's suspected she makes her home in the Russian wilderness. She has a surprisingly low bounty on her head, as she's not very active (or, as I suspect it, not very often tied to her acts of vigilantism), but she has been tied to Seven's activities multiple times.

"Vulcan Raven", a.k.a. "Warhawk" (real name unknown) - Northern Raven

Formerly believed to be a large, hulking hawk of some kind, recent intelligence uncovered that this armor-clad, chaingun toting behemoth was actually a raven. That didn't stop people from still using the old nickname, or quickly coming up with his "Vulcan Raven" moniker.

We don't know his former identity, though given his lack of subtlety, we're pretty sure we know about every act of vigilatism he's been involved in. The surrounding architecture doesn't exactly look the same afterwards.

"Guillotine" (real name unknown) - Blacktip Reef Shark

Despite being rather primitive compared to the other vigilantes listed here, using methods like taped mags and common firearms such as old AKs, this unhinged shark Fusion has still been reported to be with Seven at least a couple of times, though these reports aren't official.

What official reports say is that Guillotine has little regard for innocent life in his activities, including law enforcement, also seperating him a bit from the others on this list. Reports also suspect him being of French origin, and having an affinity for using IEDs alongside his other improvised tactics.

Police reports say that Guillotine got his nickname from decapitating his former crime boss, whom he used to be an enforcer for. By biting his head off. Pretty sure this guy is a complete sociopath.

Dexter Evans Jameson (a.k.a. "Star Wolf") - Grey Wolf Fusion, 42

Jameson is currently one of the largest independent providers of illegal services, ranging from transport and trade of illegal goods, piracy, and murder. Jameson's bounty was renewed and increased drastically after his crew staged his deadly jailbreak in 2069.

"Star Wolf" is not an actual alias of his, but a nickname birthed from the internet, and he hates having it brought up.

Jameson wears his emotions on his sleeve, and likes to use high caliber weapons, particularly bullpup rifles and revolvers.

Nikita Winters - Thresher Shark Fusion, young 30s

The leader of the extremist Fusion supremacy group, the FLA (Fusion Liberation Army). Nikita is the second largest bounty in the CBLS, and may soon be the largest if the FLA's threats of initiating a second Fusion ever become viable.

Has black hair, a post-Fusion artifact of her human side, and seems to have both lungs and gills, as she's been seen both with and without the atmospheric water filtration system wrapped around her gills. The Fusion did make some very odd biological combinations.

<Silvertail> You think I can't smell when people have been on this ship? Much less what you do?

<BlueLizard> Not to mention the cameras!

<Renshou> I've saved all of you at least once!

<Silvertail> Sure, you're good at what you do, but you're sloppy. That lack of caution is going to bite you someday.

<Silvertail> Never mind, I need to actually arrange something for us to do, before you decide to pull out another hidden stash of drugs.
