ok so this blog is super old but you arent the first person to ask!! im saying that veronica was sober enough to consent, despite still being inebriated. ((Let me clarify:

Kurt and Ram, as they are in the musical and movie, are a commentary on rape culture. They’re shitty fuckin rapists, thats the facts.

The reason they are dating in this au are, 1., when i made this au I didn’t really think about it but its too late now lmao

and 2. this is a Second Chances au. The whole point is that key people in their group remember what happened and are going to great lengths to avoid it. That means they know what they did wrong the first time. Kurt and Ram aren’t rapists in this life, and while Ram has no idea what he did, Kurt does and is actively making sure they don’t go down that path again. Along the way they just happened to start dating.

Kram is canonly impossible.

This is not canon by any means.

The characters themselves, in canon, are still shitty daterapists.))

((I’m gonna answer this one:

Ronnie is drunk, but not to the point of black out. She was pretty drunk when she argued with Chandler, but it’s been about an hour and she did throw up most of what she drank. She kinda sobered up on the way to JDs.

In short, if there’s a sliding scale of Tipsy to Completely Hammered she’s closer to Tipsy.))
