It's technically not done yet, but it's pretty cut and dry and after some convincing....I'll do a new introduction. BUT it WILL be short so I can actually give you guys some of the good stuff-

But since it's already been a while since the last panel, and it's going to take me a bit to make sure I can make the finale fit in as well as possible, I don't want to leave you guys hanging, SO HERE'S SOME CONCEPT DOODLES FOR THE FUTURE! y'all deserve it :) (also tell me if you guys would enjoy some more in between doodles between panels so that I can post more consistently)

We need to Talk ...

So. The finale.

Originally I was... conflicted when it came to the twist. And I was worried with the finale was going to do and be so I was initially okay with Ideal Value not including it...but...

OMG GUYS I LOVE THE FINALE SO MUCH-

And I really REALLY want to incorporate it into Ideal Value...BUT,

In order for this to work I actually won't need to change much with the story The only thing that would need a lot of changing would be very specific story elements that were honestly pretty small and... the introduction. But considering the fact that I didn't even finish the introduction INITIALLY, I have a plan.

Basically what I want to do is Ideal Value takes place after the finale, they still integrate to society so they still need to go to the mainland, the simmers help them to move the ghosts (I imagine that if the barrier was made with shimmer magic then shimmer weaponry can break it. Boring? Maybe but there's NO WAY I'm leaving Knife Bow and Dough behind-) and then besides little changes here and there the story goes as I initially intended it to, HOWEVER since I'm explaining this to you in post right now, and I honestly want to get to the meat of what Ideal Value is we will be skipping the introduction (for now; there will be flashbacks to clarify certain things and will waste less story time) and getting right into them living in society. (Obviously when I say no introduction I don't actually mean no introduction, I just mean not an introduction that takes more than ONE PART like it would have originally, and kind of skipping to the part where they're comfortable answering asks instead of the whole "WHAT ARE YOU?!?!" thing)

But I realize that this isn't exactly what a lot of you signed up for, so...
