“Yeah, sure. Strict.” Sabre growled, looking away as she followed behind, “Can’t ever please her, more like it.”

“Sabre…” 

There wasn’t much he could say, really. What she was saying was true, and lies wouldn’t make her feel better. They both knew what Harpe was like. They both know how hard it was to make her happy. But it was something they both aimed to do.

Keep your Kingambit happy. Keep her fed. She protects the territory, and she protects you. Don’t make her mad. Don’t make her mad. 

“Where’s the rest of that Sawsbuck at?” Sabre asked, suddenly.

“I’ve stored it away,” Parry lied, “A meal for later.”

“...Can I have some?”

“If you can find it, maybe. I can’t promise there’s enough left for your battalion, however.”

“But I’m hungry…”

“You’re a grown doe, Sabre, you can take care of yourself. Maybe find a better hunting ground next time.” He shot back, before stopping just a ways away from where their lady sat waiting. Sabre paused next to him, grumbling. Lowering his voice, Parry continued, “Let me do all the speaking, only respond if Harpe asks you to do so. Simply act along otherwise.”

He rose back up, pushing the bamboo away. 

Don’t make her mad.

Gladius @ Dawn: "What's it like having a brother? I've always been an only child myself, it's quite lonely... But I also think having a brother or sister would be pretty chaotic too. Is it?"

Dawn: I cannot imagine how lonely it is being an only child. Though, If you ever have a brother or sister, I hope they'll not act like how Dusk is; He’s already a headache to our father. I do dearly love my big brother but... he can be quite troublesome and very much so hardheaded, and also has some coldhearted attitudes, which scares me a lot. Dusk loves taking on challenges that's out of our range and the result will be deadly. Makes me... question his logic sometimes. We will take on hard challenges but not when it comes to something that will hurt us badly and close to death’s door. Also, he’ll break our father’s rules quite some time. [Sighed] Here I am, trying to keep Dusk under control and avoid breaking any more rules.

Clarent @ Eclipse: "Oh, you have two sons? How nice! What was it like, raising them both? I have a son myself, and I love him dearly, but I can't lie and say it was easy... The two of them probably kept your hands full while growing up, didn't they?"

Eclipse: [Sighed] When I was a Bisharp and my wife left me, it was... difficult time to care for my sons but of course, I was young. Trying to keep one of them stay still while I go and gather for food was rough but as life goes on, I learn more and my two sons start keeping each other company and supportive while I was out and gathering.

Destino: If they ever want an escape route out of the trauma you’re 100% going to give them, let them know they could always work for me. Then again, they did try to kill me that one time. Hmm, perhaps not. I wouldn’t want some sort of uprising if your bisharps decide to get cocky.

*Seems luck was in your favour today! You got a vanilla soft serve ice cream with a flake. With a quick taste, you notice some additional flavours in there. Seems the ice cream machine isn’t cleaned between use so the faint hint of ketchup, mustard and pickles permeates the ice cream. At least the flake isn’t contaminated.*

Arondight: But, well...

Gladius: So it looks like hunting went well?

Clarent: Got a nice fat Sawsbuck, the Pawniard are finishing it off now. But what about you? Don't even think I haven't noticed your little injury there.

Gladius: Got nicked by a Gogoat, nothing to worry about.

Clarent: A worthwhile meal, in any case. You did kill it, right?

Gladius: ...

Clarent: Oh, Gladius... You know I can't keep hunting for you now that you're a Bisharp, right?

Seems like we've finally returned to our proper universe...

Arondight: "Not from the working area myself, but I might be able to scrounge up a few coins... Lemon tart sounds tasty, but I might have to settle for something smaller and a little less sour that I can still share. You got any suggestions?"

"I mean, look at it. That sounds fair," Rio laughed, already getting the impidimps' agreed-upon cake out and handing it over to them before Ray could get a word in edge-wise.

Ray apologetically clears his throat.

"Ahahaa... Fuhhhh-feel free to pay whatever you think is appropriate."

Arondight: "You've got some good smells going on around here! Don't really have all these fancy foods where I'm from, but I'm tempted to try a taste... The Veluza dishes sound tasty, how's the nigiri taste?"

Flan: Don't worry we wont charge you if you try it! These are just rejected slices that our mom doesn't use but saves for us to snack on later. So it's cool.

Too late for Munday. Event was supposed to end yesterday but I am no longer unemployed so there will be a delay! Just one more post... Eventually. It's in progress.

Morris: So, the Hoopa broke the natural order doing a little party trick, can't you just call on your Xerneas to fix it? Or are you too busy fighting with them too? I mean, I get it, dead souls are annoying to deal with, but c'mon. What's with legendaries always having such a problem righting their own wrongs? That nonsense should be easy for you.

Destino: I was actually hoping for the volcano but that's the deal with random chance for you. Not that I can't control where my rings go. Sometimes I just love the chance aspect of it. I've definitely done this multiple times. It was pretty easy really. No trouble at all.

Felix: And it caused a few Pokémon ta die before they should have done.

Destino: Right, you keep reminding me of that. What, do you want me to feel bad for those who died? Is that your goal?

Felix: Those lives had more ta give to this universe.

Destino: And I don't really care. Though this one definitely wants me to do it again so I like him.

Felix: It ain't happenin'. Not whilst I'm around.

Arondight: Got into a little spat with my own Kingambit, you know how it is. Certainly not the worst she's hit me with...

Arondight: Actually, you wouldn't be on the lookout for more territory, would you?
