Just for the sake of remembering somewhat better days, Piko wandered along the alley where Rogue's home was-- but he had never expected to actually see him there. And to make things worse, there was nowhere to hide.

At first appearance of the pale boy, he flashed his tendrils behind him, their undulations random as they pulsed out a warning.

The boy, intimidated, felt as if he was shrinking in size. As much as he had tried, he still wound up showing vulnerability--

After the seemingly eternal initial surprise, Piko raised the end of his tail that he was holding, to hide his face behind it.

       "Y-y-you really... s-should have...!" His voice trembled as he spoke.

"D-didn't you tell me t-to... f-f-forget about you? This street s-should hold n-no meaning now."  The boy's eyes narrowed, his tail waving around as a sign of distress.

He nodded slowly, giving a small smile in return. The boy still had a little trouble with understanding the situation, but what he could empathize with was the difficulty with solving this kind of problem, and the wish to reconcile with a loved one. Both things were well known by him.

      "I'm g-glad I can... h-help... a little bit."

Though it wasn't much, and he would've loved to be able to help more... since Len helped him so much just by being there.

"Put down that cupcake... you're sweet enough already."

Len blushed and smiled at the boy in front of him. “P-Piko. You’re the one who’s super sweet!” He beamed with his bright red cheeks, happy to hear the compliment. He had been having a bad day and indulging in the sugary treat toMake himself feel better.

"I s-said I'm p-passing through. Isn't t-t-that what streets are f-for?" 

 And that was a lie of course, but he'd feel ridiculous if he told the male his real reasons.

Trying to ignore the painful feeling of thightness growing inside his chest, the boy scowled at the other.

        "T-the street isn't y-yours. I was j-ju-just passing through..."

Piko gently lifts up the much smaller boy and holds him close. Lil' Len does feel like a puppy-

His smile becomes wider, and well, now it's genuine.

             "T-thanks... Y-y'know, for visiting."

  His eyes narrowed a little.

          "F-funnels...? What t-the f--                  Y-you're being the g-gross one here!"

However, his pacifist nature meant that he was still trying to reach some sort of agreement. The boy did his best to forcefully plaster a smile across his face before presenting his 'argument'.

            "L-l-look at it this w-way:                   I-if there are... g-g-guys who get t-together with other guys,                     d-doesn't that just l-leave more girls f-for guys like you?"

Since he was somewhat pissed off, he added:

               "...And t-they might even be-become desperate enough t-to want you."
