@dimensional-storm
As the group follows after Juon into the fortress, she answers their questions.
Juon: Lunaria was from a time where Humans could use Magic like all other beings. She created a maelstrom of adverse affects to all life out of her own selfishness... She is the enemy.
Matt: Woah Woah Woah Hold up a second- You’re saying HUMANS could use Magic? Since When?
Juon: In Ancient times they could, until their abilities were revoked by the God of Magic to prevent further atrocities.
@askpopscharacters “Amazing. Though… Didn’t know your Death was a she?” Charcoal huffed out smoke confused. Then took a moment of thought, curious of whoever we were waiting for. As after Light stopped Charcoal’s action, she listen to the group’s conversation of Sam’s healing abilities. She was impressed, though I guess Light was? The winged being was oddly interested that she wasn’t only one who can self-heal. “Well that’s quite interesting…” Light buffed, though it sounded truthful. She was first turn around, as her Aura Sense pick up someone from behind the group. “Huh?”
@dimensional-storm
A woman with a long red braid and a tanned hide hood dressed in lightweight mixture of leather and steel armour approaches them, equipped with a broadsword, she has a assertive feel to her stance and towers over most of the group at 6′2. In a way she seems more annoyed than anything else.
??? : You must be the idiots that Reuven briefly told me about.. I assume he’s already inside? This is none of your business, you shouldn’t even be in this world-

She too crosses her arms, calming the tone of her voice to one that is much gentler and approachable.
Juon: My name is Juon, that’s all you need to know- You really should not be in this place, It’s going to get far too dangerous once we lure Luna out. Unless you want to fight four colossal creatures from primordial times, hoards of demons and an immortal witch?
As she begins making her way over the bridge, into the castle she waves goodbye to the group.
Juon: I mean, come if you’d like but you’re more than likely to be killed, even with a reaper in your midst.

Finishing his prayer, Tom promptly answers Charcoal’s question.
Tom: From what little I've read on the history of my people, We pray mainly to Death because she brings balance to the world. She is also our deity of deceit, and the source of our shape-shifting abilities.
Matt: Yeah that’s usually the case- But we’re waiting for someone, none of us know who it is but it should be easy to spot them from a demon.
Alex: That’s quite alright, you should know since you’re involved. Sam has Self-healing abilities, and they’re pretty fast-acting. Because of it she’s more resilient to any physical attacks.
Matt: I saw her head get speared once. I thought she was dead for sure! Half an hour later when we were just about to accept that she was gone she bounced back onto her feet wondering what had happened- the spear-head was still lodged in her skull.
Alex: I wasn’t even with them when this happened, so it sounds like a tall tale at first. Then I remember when we first met..
As the group is talking, a figure approaches them from behind
@askpopscharacters “Oh cool…” Charcoal said, watching the shapeshifter before his ability. Light was impressed it was so well done. **After they landed** “I’ve been in worst situations before this can’t be that bad…” Light said stepping through the portal. Charcoal followed closely behind Light, wondering what lies ahead.

(Okie doke!)
As the two made their way into the castle, Tom began reciting a prayer in his language, linking the tips of his fingers together, the palms of his hands facing up.
Alex: I don’t think praying to my mother will help us very much Thomes. She warned us about Hell for a reason. I don’t even know why I came along, My powers don’t work the same here.
Tom: I’ve been praying to Death ever since I was a child. It is a habit difficult to break.
Matt: Yeah we always get the “fun” part of the job. But- they’re usually a lot safer too. She might be really tough but Sam’s still got a soft spot or two. She knows we don’t got special healing abilities so she takes the beatings.
Alex: That’s for sure. I just wish she’d know when to quit, we’ve had so many close calls with her. I’m sure Sam’s on the edge of her rope with my mother- Oh. Uh. let me clear that up for you two- My Mother “Nabs” is the God of Death.
Tom: Dear, please know that if Sam does die and your mother does not answer my prayer; I will go to the spirit world and fight her.
Alex: Oh my gods...
He groans, covering his face with his hands in embarrassment.
Meanwhile, the two siblings have made it a ways inside the castles’ halls. Reuven seems to know where he’s going, wasting no time scurrying down the corridors to the war room.
Sam: You know where you’re going?
Reuven: Yes, I used to live here.
Sam: What? You worked for nocturn!?
Reuven: He is not who we must worry about.
Sam: I know you said earlier- He plans to revive some old demon king right?
Reuven: Demon God. Not King.
Sam: Well could you elaborate on how we keep him dead?
Reuven: That is not the problem.
Sam: Well what is!?
Reuven: Shh. You will give us away. Silence yourself.
Sam: You’re hiding things from me- if you’re seriously my brother then tell me what’s going on.
Reuven: ... You sound like mother... Nocturnius is not our true enemy. It is his wife. She can control beasts that will end the world.
Sam: The Titans? How?
Reuven: Demon Contract. That is all I know.
They stop at the corner of a hall, checking the door to the War room.
Reuven: We are here. Be ready.
They barge into the War room, Drawing their weapons of choice.

The area the transported to was a stone plateau close to a fortress surrounded by a lava moat, where they would hear screams of souls drowning in the scalding liquid below. Sam spots that the portcullis is down, immediately making her way to the bridge. Reuven catches up to her and discusses something to her in private- making space for themselves from the group. Tom slows his steps to match Charcoal and Light’s.
Tom: Before we make battle, I will be praying to all of my deities for divine luck and protection, would you like me to include you?
Sam turns her head, looking back at the group with a worried expression, before resuming the private conversation with her brother. After a few more minutes of walking the group makes it up to the gates where they find no guards or demons. They stop at the entrance.
Sam: So uh- Reuven’s got a plan. He said back-up’s on the way but we need to stall for them. Me and him are going in alone to make a distraction. Hopefully if it goes right it’ll only take about us about half an hour... We need you here to do whatever’s necessary to keep any demons from entering the place. I’ll see you guys soon.
She and Reuven cross the bridge into the castle, leaving little room for any protest or questions.

Noticing the last two had woken up the group stops in their discussions, Sam resting her cleaning hand for a moment to point to her friends with her sword.
Sam: Mornin’ This is part of the gang. Thomes- Tom the Grail. Shapeshifter, Magician, Tall and Litteral.
Alexander- Alex. Tom’s Husband. He’s our Reaper so if one of us dies he can bring us back.
And Matthew, Matt for short. He grows plants and stuff.
Matt: Wow. you make me sound sooo interesting.
Sam: Well the most I've seen you do is impale a dude with a redwood tree.
Alex: Here we go again.
Matt: You literally get killed or seriously maimed every time you fight.
Tom: So Sam. Who are your new companions?
Alex lets out a sigh of relief.
Sam: Oh, right. This is Light and Charcoal, they’re the ones who motivated me to continue with the whole quest thing... Reuven was here earlier he said he’d meet us at the spot. Didn’t want to wake you two up.
@askpopscharacters Charcoal stares at the meat in his claws, he gags a bit but it’s better than nothing.
Light gets some meat and berries, then she makes her way back to her spot. She starts to chow down… admiring Theia.
“Mental Breakdown?” Charcoal said confused, “About what? You should be happy that this is whole thing is happening..” Charcoal glanced at Light and Theia, then took a bite of his meat. “If it’s Theia making a nervous, I could convince Light to shoo that goddess away.” he said, taking a seat next to Sam.

The following morning, Sam is sitting by the fire pit, maintaining her weapons. Theia is in human form, she is dressed in a short white dress, lying in the grass, feeding a rabbit. It seems as though the rest of the group have arrived, and are only waiting on Light and Charcoal.
Among the group is an 8′2 man with dark skin, dark brown hair with blue eyes, a man close to Sam’s height, with dirty blond hair and amber eyes. The last member of the group is a man with orange hair, tipped with white like Drake and has green eyes. They’re discussing the mission and catching up on recent events that Sam informed them about.

Theia looked up from the book, replying in a warm and polite tone.
Theia: Oh yes. I will be fine, I don’t need to sleep. Thank you for asking.
She continued browsing the book’s entries, smiling contently, seeming to ignore the others.

Sam: Yeah i’m happy i’m finally here and gonna do stuff. but- Mother of Gods! Seriously. One of the guys who raised me just HAPPENS to be a God. I’m gonna give Drake an earful when we get back.
She scarfs down her food.
Sam: Nah, it’s fine. She’s curious, i know what that’s like. She’ll leave once she gets bored or gets enough adventure.
Once she’s finished eating she gets up, throwing any waste into the fire and making her way to one of the tents.
Sam: I’m turning in for the night. Don’t think we’ll need anyone to keep a lookout, seems safe enough... Well, Goodnight.
She steps in and shuts the tent flaps

Sam: I guess it’s fine. I’ve just had to deal with so many just to get permission to come here. Kishan of Fall, Sokira of Air, Forsythia of Summer, Ana, Sunna, Nabrellia, Yukino... The list goes on.
Theia: So many familiar names, it’s been many years since we’ve all been together.
Sam takes the food and starts cleaning the meat to cook on the fire, and checks the berries for any poisonous ones.
Theia: I grew up with the man who wrote this, I never got to see the published version as Zeuriel was still researching creatures at the moment.
Sam pulls out her canteen, chugging the water from it.
Theia: How is his child, Drake and Wyra doing?
She gags on the water, coughing and smacking her chest for air
Sam: wait. wHAT? You mean Drake Tarragon? The coffee fueled principal?
Theia: Yes that’s him.
Sam: Okay, ‘nuff talking for me, time to eat.
She shoves a bowl of berries and a stick of meat into Char’s claws, and get some for herself.
Sam: I’m having a mental breakdown, how about you?

Once they’ve returned to the campsite, they find two large tents, a campfire with some logs for chairs and fuel and Sam sitting by the fire reading through an old book. She takes a look up from the bestiary and nearly falls back from her seating, being taken by surprise by Theia.
Sam: Mother fuck-
She pulls herself from falling over and gets to her feet.
Sam: Seriously? You two are like my daughter when she was younger. tried bringing home every creature she found in the forests. Good grief.
She walks up to Theia and shoos her, still holding the book in her hand. Theia takes interest in the book, removing it from Sam’s hands.
Theia: Ah, is this his Bestiary? It turned out quite lovely.
Sam: HEY! Give that back! Drake is gonna kill me if he finds out it’s missing!
Theia: You must be their friend. A pleasure, I am Theia, goddess of creation.
Theia uses two of her arms to shake Sam’s hands, seeming to ignore her and move to the fire, taking a seat to read through the book.
The expression on Sam’s face is stupefied. She holds her hands open in front of her in disbelief. moving her gaze to Light and Charcoal.
Sam: I gotta deal with another god’s bullshit. I think you two have a very wrong idea of the expression ‘lost puppy’.
She moves to the campfire, dropping back down onto her log.

@askpopscharacters “Theia?” they both said at the same time. “I am Light! It’s nice to me you… oh but I’ll be right back” Light said to Theia, then turn and gathered her things. “I am Charcoal.” he bowed, then stuck his cig wand back into his mouth. Huffing in smoke then letting it out away from the goddess, “Us, mortals aren’t from this world as you can tell.” he answered back. Light returned with shoes in hands and bag slung around her which contain the meal for her friends tonight. “And I literally jumped dimensions by accident to here. I’m originally from a planet called Oulu, Theia.” She said, sitting down putting her shoes back on. “Now we’re helping a friend, her name is Sam… and your form is fine.” Charcoal relieve the goddess with a smile, “We’ve seen and encounter stranger beings before.” “So a goddess? I was told that goddess/gods are just powerful beings who protect a certain land they are given, is that true?” Light curious asked Theia.
@dimensional-storm
She listens to their story of how they got to this dimension, smiling gently all throughout. She seem somewhat caught off guard by their question.
Theia: Ah- well. Yes, in a way. There are tasks, areas and lives that gods are assigned to watch over. The process that a mortal gets to godhood is quite interesting however. Why I had grown up with Zeuriel from the moment of his birth to his accension. I still find it quite funny how we’re some of the younger gods, despite my being the very first.
She plays with the water.
Theia: What are you helping your friend with? I would love to tag along. It’s been millennia since i’ve seen mortals.

She stepped through the stream and laid herself on a patch of grass.
???: I am Theia, Goddess of creation... You’re free to go whenever you please, I am just curious as to why you’re here. It has been quite some time since the last mortals visited the isle of the gods; Maonyhr.
She looks at her reflection in the water.
Theia: If this form disturbs you I can change.
Theia patiently waits for them, she seems to be a fair and giving god.

((She is telepathically speaking a language they don’t understand))
???: *It has been some time since I encountered mortals, perhaps tongues have changed since then.*
The creature brings charcoal right to her face, staring into his eyes, beginning to Sift through his memories for knowledge. Once she is finished she smiles at him, gently putting him back down, “whispering” gently.
???: Thank you.
She looks to Light, seeing the rocks being raised towards her. She brings two of her hands to her chest, placing them over one-another in a passive way.
???: Be not afraid, little ones. I mean you no harm... I must ask of you, what brings you to this land? And how did you get in?
