She heard a Spash and the Merman suddenly dissapeared in the waters as soon as she had broken the silence. For a moment, she looked in his direction in confusion and slowly the confusion turned into a smile and a giggle, bringing her hand to the mouth. She seemed a bit more relaxed after realizing she had scared the giant creature by just sneezing. After a while, he came back, slowly peeking outside the water. It seemed to be curious even if scared. Though Rosetto wouldn't want to approach him anyways. She had gotten only a few glimpses of him under the moonlight, but she swore she had seen very pointy teeth in that big mouth of his. Though his nose seemed pretty cute, like a swordfish.
Her smile broke again when she started coughing and gave her house on top of the cliff a look. She needed to go back home soon, or she would get very sick. She tried to move her legs, they hurt and bruises had started to show on her skin. She was sure a few of them had also appeared on her arms for sure, recalling hitting her body hard before falling inside the waters. She was wondering how to proceed when suddenly a voice startled her and her green eyes focused ones again on the beast at the rocks. Her yaw dropped "YOU CAN TALK?!" She shouted out so loud that it echoed around the cliff and a few sleepy birds flew from the trees atop the beach path.
“Is there someone down in the water..?” (I love your merperson AU perospero, but you don't need to turn it into an RP if it feels uncomfortable or anything.)
It was one of those rare nights in which the giant merman visited the surface seeing as the full moon rose high into the sky. This was a time in which no human would ever be around to see him, or so, he thought it would be. This night seemed to be far more different then the others. A voice not too far from where he had perched himself could be heard, questioning if someone was out there in the water.
The merman instantly froze in his place as bright eyes stared off into the direction of the voice and caught the sights of a lone woman standing at the shorelines. No other human was present with her, only herself and the moonlight that helped to illuminate her way. Perospero was unsure if he should answer back or even risk moving at all, keeping himself as still as possible as he kept his eyes on her.
He wondered if she was able to see him if she had heard him moments earlier. Was she aware he was even there at all?

The creature started slowly raising a bit more from the water, and rosetto stiffened her body. She was too weak and knew if she tried to stand up and run she would end up falling face first in the sand for sure. It was cold, but she didn't move one inch. The Creature's eyes glowed in a very creepy way. It had to be from the deeps! So why was it here?! What did it want? She was terrified. Suddenly something else came out of the water, it seemed like a hand, or maybe more a claw, it was definetly sharp and the nails seemed to shine under the moon light. She shrank slightly, scared of the creatures move and then she realized it seemed a kind of... sign? Was it trying to tell her to not get close? Was it saying hi? She didn't move but a frown started to form on her forehead. The cold breeze started to swirl around her ones again, the sand forming clouds at ground level while non of them made a sound. "Achoo!" Silence was broken, all her body coming out of the stillness to bend down at the sudden sneeze.

Rosetto stood unconscious through most of the exhausting rescue, not knowing what was happening at all. The monster managed getting the water she had swallowed out, making her cough out it out and exchange it for air, being able to breath again. It took her a while to come back to herself, meanwhile the sea creature had returned to a safer spot inside the water, watching over her still. She coughed ones again, this time rolling on her side, her throat hurting and the paint from the cuts on her legs starting to throb, calling for her attention. The salt of the water was making it worse but at least feeling it ment she was still alive. She was cold, wet and freezing under the night's chill. She pushed herself on the sand to sit down still shivering, her body heavy and weak. She was starting to realize the situation. She was way too far from the water to have been dragged by the waves back to land, and the marks on the sand already told her that something big had been there, leaving big trails that were slowly washed away by the rising waters. She looked around and spotted ones again a strange shape near the rocks inside the water, watching. Her heart raised again. Had that thing from before actually helped her? It couldn't be. But all evidence pointed towards it. What had really happened? There was silence, she kept looking directly into the creature, avoiding to blink too much just in case it might disapear all of a sudden. Were there now monsters living near her house? She was completely alone and nobody would miss her if she suddenly dissappeared. It was an empty feeling indeed, but nothing could be done about it. "What are you.." she whispered to herself. It didn't seem like a Fishman at all, it was definetly a sea monster of some kind. It was scary looking, big and it wouldn't stop looking at her.

To Rosetto’s horrified surprise, the weird shape started moving from the shadows. It was big and scary and it seemed to be looking at her. It slowly pushed itself back into the water and Rosetto’s heart started racing, panic forming in her stomach and going up her throat wanting to leave her body in a big scream, but before she could properly react, her feet slipped and she lost her balance. Her eyes wide open in horror, she tried to avoid falling but her wet feet and the nasty sharp slippy rocks beneath her didn’t give her a chance. She fell, hitting her knees and cutting the flesh before slipping into the water without a second chance. With the hit she hadn’t even been able to take air before being engulfed by the freezing dark water.
She started panicking underwater and remembering that she wasn’t alone in the deep dark, she ended up loosing consciousnes at the thought, starting to sink slowly.

Rosetto was looking into the distance of the shore, not sure what she could be looking for. After all she lived alone and nobody used to be there at all. Even her house up the hill was empty, nobody living with her, and impossible for anyone to have sneaked in without notice. Whatever it was must have come from the water, what made her freeze in her steps. She could all of a sudden notice the cool breeze giving her goosebumps. She had been collecting part of the algae growing in between the rocks that builded up near the shore and slowly grew further until disapearing into the dark deeps of the ocean. Her feet were wet and cold and they started to hurt due to her stillness. The green of her eyes shined stronger under the moonlight, her eyes wide open to spot any movement. She decided to take a moment to step over the rocks to put her feet safe outside the waters and again she squinted to try and divise any form near the rocks surrounding the cliff. Was there something big there? Or where the shadows casted by the cliff tricking her eyes?

“What the-!!” *Does this short pervert really think that high of himself? Though of course perverts ALWAYS have a big self esteem.* Rosetto kept on walking backwards, avoiding the drooling man she had infront of her, talking and gesturing wide even if he was practically a dwarf. Her shoe slipped on the wet grass and she fell on her behind, gasping at the sudden loss of balance. She kept on crawling away from him. “You really got the wrong impression!! You better leave me alone or- ” She didn’t have her gauntlets with her, she couldn’t really defend much, and he seemed to have a weapon attached to his side. *Dammit!*

56: “ Are you flirting with me? ” ((cause we need to interact more
She pushed him off from her with her two open palms against his bare chest. "Are you taking me serious or not?" Rosetto's face and ears had gone red for several reasons, one of them obviously because the man didn't seem to be taken her words seriously and instead thought she was flirting. Or maybe he was the one flirting with her, and that also made her cheeks glow. She looked up at him with a frown and a glare, he seemed to be pretty relaxed. That nerved her. She tends to stress herself out of nothing and take things too seriously, but she didn't like those who used to be way too relaxed while she stressed out, even if they were free of ending up with a heart attack. She was tiny and tempered and compared to the muscled taned man standing at her side, she almost resembled an angry poodle.
((No clue what is exactly happening here, help me out with it if possible please xD))

*Homies?* Rosetto thought with wide open eyes. *Can they... also make Homies out of animals?* Rosetto waved back at them slowly with a blank pale face. She was feeling so uncomfortable, surrounded by strangers that really did look strange. And she was going to eat surrounded by them! She hated being watched while eating, she did not understand much why, but it was very difficult to get stuff in her mouth while eyes wandered over her judgingly. *Work together... Wonder working at what really* That sounded so suspicious, but she rather not ask about it. She got served first, what caught her off guard. She waited for everyone else to get the food on their plates, the crocodile seeming to be very hungry and being one of the first to offer his plate to the witch to get served. Ones everybody had their food and everyone could start eating, Rosetto took her spoon and looked at her plate, not sure on what to do... Everyone seemed to be eating from it, so it couldn't be poisoned, right? She got a full spoon and reached it to her mouth, first sipping a bit at it. It tasted really good! She glanzed around, and seeing that most everybody was pretty busy with their plates, she decided to give it a full taste.
🎀 + reverse (WHY? Who knows XD)
“Oopsie Daisy, my hands must have slipped…Wiwiwiwiwi” *appears from out of a mirror located right behind Rosetto.

Rosetto looked at her, then to her hand and back at her face with her eyebrows slightly frowned, thinking as fast as she could to understand the situation. She knew nothing about making necklages... and she had lived all her life near the shore! But she had never really picked an interest in any kind of jewelry. She had one or two really big conic shells in her house she had found, but that was it. "Well... I am not sure if there is a specific shop for that" she raised a hand to the back of her neck and scratched it "But if you want shops, you can only find them at the other side of the island. Crossing the woods, there is the only village around. It has all the shops and maybe what you are looking for" Indeed, the houses that could be seen up the hill at the beach cliff belonged to Rosetto's family, and were now all empty after they left to make merchant living somewhere else. They didn't have much use but to store Rose's unsused items for her greenhouse and other materials. "All that you see up there, is empty, only I live here." Rosetto's lips made a thin line while she waited akwardly for the woman to give her an answer and hoping to keep on with her solitary living and roaming around the beach, as she used to do almost everyday.
(if you feel It :D) *Our muses on a beach* Ayla was walking barefoot in the Sand, relaxing after a not-so-easy assignement. She was looking down, searching for some nice shells, when she noticed a girl with a gorgeous ginger mane. "Hey! - She greeted, smiling - nice day for a walk on the beach, uh?"
(Sure! Let me try, I’m still very noob in this)
Was someone calling after her? Rose looked up to find out a woman walking straight to her at the seashore, her hand filled with shells. Was she really directing herself to her though? The ginger looked around trying to find someone else, but there wasn’t. That ment she really was talking to her. Not used to it, Rose forced a little smile at the woman and gave out a little “Yeah…” as response. Was she supose to engage in a conversation with this stranger? She started feeling akward already and her hands sweaty. She stood there on the sand looking at the corners of her eyes trying to find a quick solution, but nothing came to her mind. She hadn’t expect meating anyone at this lost beach near her settlement at the island.
(Also sorry that rose can be so socialy akward. It takes her a while to get used to someone presence and even longer to get used to the person xD)

"Oh my, those are a lot..." She said after mentally going through the said number. And by his way of talking he was one of Big mom sons. They seemed to be everywhere! Definetly a lot of eyes to be careful with around the islands of Totoland territory. She was frowning while thinking about it all, but Oven got her attention ones again. "Sour- dough..." She was in a loss with those names for the food. She was very bad when it came to kitchen duty or bakery. So far it seemed he was offering her bread. That's how far she could get. "I am sorry, I might sound like a brute, but i know nothing about baking" she smiled embarrassed but reached to the bread with her left hand and took a bit "but thank you, I'll give it a try." She looked around quickly ones more "Is there anything non sweet that could work as lunch for me? Bread filled with anything, maybe?"
Hello ma’am welcome to my bakery. How can I help you? @ask-oven //Oven from Discord. Hi!//
She Stopped a few steps after entering the store. The man working there was BIG. Very big and scary! She had walked in to see if she could get herself something to eat for the day, something tiny at least. But she hadn’t expect to find such a man behind the counter.
She stood there frozen without an answer, even thinking if she had really just entered the bakery. “eeh…” She tried to recover, quickly looking around to see what was offered for the day. She already had it usually difficult to make choices, but right now the pressure she was feeling was even worse. “I- I don’t know yet” The social pressure was returning to her chest, the same one she felt everytime she had to interact with anyone she didn’t know.

Even after all the politenes, even after all the taking care of doing things the right way as she had been told, Big mom was threatening her now, her life depending on staying at a place as their slave. The feel of being betrayed by all those lies she had been told together with the anger accumulated by having to behave during her stay was whirling inside of her mixed with the sudden terror of that woman's intentions. Rosetto was clenching her fists and trembling due to all the anger that was raising inside of her, knowing it would only bring her death, but it seemed it was coming anyways no matter what she did. After all, she could stay all Big mom wanted, but as she had said, without HER greenhouse, it was impossible for her to recreate the plants she had. She opened her eyes and looked towards big mom, and even if she was scared and shaking, her stubborness and growing anger let her speak out in a clear voice, almost as if it wasn't herself anymore but the hot headed beast she had kept in a cage during all of her stay at Totoland.
"Even if i stayed at Totoland for ALL of my LIFE, the plants you wish for will NEVER grow! No matter how hard i could try or how much money or space you give me! I already said, i need MY GREENHOUSE! Only inside of it I have the samples I worked on for over a decade, and only THAT would allow me to create my plants." She closed her eyes firmly and lowered her head, fists still clenched and body ready to take a hit "BE it STAY or BE it LIFE, both options won't give you the plants! Only I can enter my greenhouse and reach for what is needed." It was true... Be she DEAD, nobody else knows how to make them... If she stood at Totoland, she didn't have her personal gears and samples. And nobody else knew how to enter her greenhouse but her. And doing it by force would cause the whole place to be destroyed, mystery samples included.
Threats and force was not a solution if Big mom wanted those plants, Rose knew it, and yet she was ready to expect the worse right there, right now.
“It’s crazy, isn’t it? Two complete strangers who know nothing about each other being brought together like this.”

“I suppose it is,” The Minister presumed as slender fingers gently picked at the seams on his coat, magenta eyes looking down at his pointed boots for the time being. Meeting strangers was one the many tasks he had placed onto him given his well mannered temperament, but often made his nervous at times. This time was no different from the others, especially knowing little to nothing about the newest guest he had been paired with.
He leaned down towards the smaller woman and extended a hand out towards her, clearing his throat. “Shall I walk you around?” He inquired with a quirked brow, smiling beneath the tall collar of his coat.

"Wha-?" Rosetto froze in her place, her palms hold together infront of her trying to consider what she just heard. "I- I am sorry but, I can't make my plants out of thin air" She nervously giggled with a strange frown over her eyes. "I not only need my greenhouse but my plants need it as well. They can't leave it until they are ready and prepared for a shipment." She straightened herself and cleared her throat, hoping Big mom had just not properly understand the process. She smiled ones again and tried to make things clear to the Queen "Ones I am back at my greenhouse, I will gladly prepare as many exemplares as you want me to and ship them inmediately. I also make them by order, if you wish anything in special I can try getting it done as long as i get a grant to help me with the experiments." Rosetto extended her arms widely trying to be very expressive, so that the Yonkou would get excited for that new idea Rosetto was presenting to her.
"The calm and quiet of my working place and island is the perfect spot for me to work. I am not used to noise or people... or anything able to stare at me directly" she gave the Homies a quick sideglance, disgusted by the idea of living surrounded by those annoying singing and nosy creatures. "And getting used to noise while working ain't an option for me. Plants need quiet and calm!" She was now pointing up one finger and bringing her other hand behind her back in a serious pose, making herself clear. Yet all she said, was in the most polite and calm way she could manage with her highpitched voice.
"And... Even if i was making all these plants for the charlotte's... I would still need to gain money out of it. I can't create being empty handed...It is not a charity work" she practically whispered to herself more than to the queen, hoping she wasn't planning on using her "services" for free. Rosetto knew that Big mom had spent lots of money before and she wasn't going to allow doing work for free knowing how rich the queen was.
The silence ones more filled the room, expecting a reaction from the giant queen. A drop of cold sweat ran from Rosetto's forehead around the rim of her features.

The Clapping and laughing was loud, but also a relief to hear for Rosetto. She sighed letting her anxiety leave her chest and slowly the vines and the rest of the plants started shrinking, her feet taking ground again and standing. Even the Homies around seemed to be enjoying the show.
"Thank you so much" She bowed lightly towards the Yonkou. Rosetto seeked for Perospero's eyes and see if he approved of the demonstration. She gave him a weak smile as soon as both conected their gaze, wondering if everything was already over, but Big mom caught the girls attention ones more.
"OH" She quickly turned her head towards Linlin "Yes, I do have more. 5 Sentient specimens with different abilities and personalities each and 6 types of non-sentient flowers. All of them unique and residing in my experimental Greenhouse. I usually create them on order by those who are willing to pay. I'm the only supplier that exists..." She tried to explain it as good as she could, hoping for the yonkou to understand, that they costed money, and that she did not have them with her, she could not show. Would she now want an order from her? Would she want more information? Hopefully as soon as she was done, she would be able to go back home. Afterall, there was her greenhouse with all the plants Big Mom had an interest in.
