You: I wasn't for a really long time. I don't think there's a "god" so much as there's a oneness we're part of.

You: I've asked a lot of things. Mostly about purpose, and about pain.

You: Why are we here, where do we go. Why do we suffer.

Stranger: Are you okay?

You: I'm pretty ok, but I wasn't always

Stranger: I had a phase where I was thinking about these things a lot

Stranger: I think everyone resorts to thinks about these kind of things when they are going through extreme suffering

Stranger: And I think it's necessary for people to go through this

You: It's been a lot of things at different times. It was about love, for sure. And belonging, and feeling lost.

You: I've asked "why" a lot. I've poked and prodded a lot. It doesn't answer everthing; it won't do my math homework for me :) but it seems to know the answers to things I want to know deeply
