Respect your rp partners who are fast. Don’t shame them. It’s not a bad thing that they are excited about your reply or have a method.  Making them feel guilty is wrong.  Don’t fault people who want to reply to you.  It doesn’t mean that people who are fast, do not have a life.  Some people just are most comfortable being quick and are excited.  There is nothing wrong with being fast.

Respect your rp partners who are slow. Some people just have a longer process, ponder things longer, and genuinely are just busier. Some people just prefer to have a longer queue, take longer. It doesn’t mean they’re not excited.   There is nothing wrong with being slow. 

Basically, respect your RP Partner.

Hi guys do you like awkward kids that would rather be silent and ignored rather then speak up and be ignored and then later in the shower come up with fourteen different arguments that would’ve gotten a better solution but didn’t say it at the time because of nervousness of getting rebutted and humiliated? I spun the wheel of OCs and we got Doro!

So a Doro fact would be that he’s left-handed and this translates to his quirk as well. He is slightly ambidextrous but for the most part, he’s left-handed and thats his more dominated side. He almost always leads with his left and this often throws others off since its far more common to be right-handed. He also favors his left for thieving and sleight-of-hand tricks (he still uses his right hand too, just more likely to use his left).

Bonus Fact! The same applies to Kodo and her quirk as well. She’s left-handed like her dad.
