After that rat post now I can't help but think of YB with a cat bag or a dog bag and running into YN at the park like

"Hey! Fancy meeting you here!"

Or maybe holding Rat the snek, an actual rat or a hamster in his hoodie pocket..

Looking back at the blog, the first post has a GIF of a real snake. Could it be, that Rat is based on Mod Red's own pet? I don't know if she actually had one at the time, it's just speculation

(Wait no, looking back at the post, the gif came from somebody else's blog so that theory's debunked hahahaha)

But if this were the case, what if each person's YB has a pet based on what his YN already has, or their favourite animal? In the blog he has a hognose snake, but if you personally are a cat lover, I see him adopting a cat instead!

If he already has Rat before meeting YN, I see him having two pets, Rat and YN's favourite animal!

He may give Rat up though, if his YN hates snakes. Or if they're the jealous/insecure type that's like "I want ALL the priority for myself!".

He is designed to love his partner more than anything to the point of being willing to burn down orphanages to prove his love to them, so I easily see him giving up Rat if he thinks it will affect his relationship or make his YN insecure in any way. Or do horrible things to the poor girl if his YN so requests..

i couldn't get his head to look right in my own style (lov him but his bald head vexes me) so i doodled over one of his original sprites just to finally get a design down for his fursona

i wanna give him littl devil wingz 2 match w/ my fursonas angel wingz but idk yett >.<

i also dont kno if i should keep him a snow leopard, like i love the idea AND it's his canon fursona species but also having to keep up w/ all his spots might get tiring vry quick

i also have the idea of like instead of his "Yours" back scar he made I wanna make it so its a part of his fur pattern (like one rlly big heart like rhe one i gave his forehead and then a bunch of lil spots spelling out yours)

Yay fanworks and engaging with content that remind me of him! Magus my beloved...

I'm glad the old version's blog is still there (I prefer the blog version to the game version as he is currently) so I can still connect with YB, on my own terms.. it helps that Multiverse YB applies

the insane experience of missing a fictional character . like you can always go back and reread the book , replay the game , rewatch the show or movie , you can always go back & see them , but you can never experience them & their story for the first time again . its absurd to miss them because they'll always be there , but you'll miss when there were still new things for them to say .

for a small time they were real & growing and changing and you hung onto every new word, but now all they can do is repeat the same story forever&ever & they're not real anymore because you know everything they're going to do. & you miss them. its fucked man...
