For the past 2 month I haven't been to work due to medical issues, and because of it, I haven't been paid at all this month (i had ran out of my annual and sick leave because of said medical issue last month, along with a fracture toe). I used up the last of what i had on other bills and medical stuff that I don't have enough to pay my house bill ($1986 since I missed last month bc of the fractured toe and finally getting off light duty for my shoulder) which is due on the 27th. I've been trying to get help with no lucky, especially as short noticed. Not to mention the medical debt from all this so I'm coming asking for help.

I’m just saying if Daniel Radcliffe, the literal protagonist of the Harry Potter franchise since the age of ten years old, was able to disavow JK Rowling and move on from the HP universe then actually what the fuck is anyone else’s excuse. hey everyone, just wanted to remake the post and share another update on freddy -- he finished his first chemo cycle and responded really well to it! his lymph nodes have shrunk a lot, which is a great sign. the only downside (somewhat related to the cancer, which caused his lymphedema) is that he hurt his swollen leg, so now he’s wearing a cone of shame for a while until it heals (the upside being his leg is no longer swollen, at least). but overall, he's doing quite well and is in a good mood!

i was able to find a decent health insurance plan that covers most of his treatment, but unfortunately, his medication isn’t included in the coverage, so i’m still paying for those out of pocket. each session needs new meds, and the last one of his cycle was the most expensive so far, around 300 reais.

the insurance is helping a lot, but the meds and extra costs (like the new exams he'll have to do to start the next cycle) are still a big weight, and i’m doing everything i can to keep his treatment going. if you can support us in any way, either by donating or sharing this, it would mean a lot to me. every bit helps! thank you!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

hey everyone, just wanted to share an update on freddy. his chemotherapy is nearing the end of its first cycle, and overall, he's been responding well. unfortunately, he's experiencing some side effects, like swelling in one of his legs due to lymphedema, which makes walking a bit harder for him. still, his oncologist believes it's worth continuing the treatment and that he might improve once the cycle is over.

i managed to find a good health insurance plan that covers most of his care, thankfully, since it wasn't available on the public vet. however, the medication he needs isn't included in it, so i'm still covering those costs out of pocket. because of that, i’m still needing some financial help. each session requires new medicine, with the last one being the most expensive (around 300 reais), so any financial help would go directly toward his meds, which are essential to keep him stable.

while the insurance is helping a lot now, the medication and other extra costs are still heavy, and i’m doing my best to keep everything going. if you can help, whether through a donation or sharing this post, i’d be beyond grateful. every bit makes a difference for freddy. thank you!! 💜
