In all honesty, I never (I repeat NEVER) really train abdominals at all. I mean, I do workouts that incorporate the body to flex and stabilize the core but never any situps or crunches. And just a tip, you don't really need to train abs a lot. One or twice a week is fine. Situps, crunches and leg raises everyday will strengthen your abdominals and build them, but without a low enough body fat percentage, they aren't really gonna show. Keep in mind, 20% in the gym and 80% in the kitchen. Burn more calories than you take in a day and your body fat will drop and you will definitely see the results that you want!

Last time I pulled 405 lbs was 7 months ago at 160 lb bodyweight. I'm currently standing at 152 lbs and being able to pull 405 lbs again was unbelieveable! Supposed to be my off day today too, but I decided to get a quick deadlift session in and, to my surprise, hit a PR on my deficit! Total grinder (as you could see me gyrating and twerking LOL)! Definitely on the road to competition! 405, "I want you to be mine again, baby!"

"No rest is worth anything except the rest that is earned." Weighed in at 152.3 lbs this morning. Weight dropping as well as my body fat. Definitely getting more and more shredded as the weeks go by. Been playing around with my macros to see what works best for my body. I like where this is coming along!
