i don’t know amira, but she’s a friend of a friend. she is an egyptian trans woman who has recently had her right to work in the uk revoked. she cannot go back to egypt due to the country’s ‘morality laws’, so is in the process of appealing for asylum here, but since she can’t work she needs financial support for rent, bills, and to fund her transition. i know people are hard up right now but any support would be really appreciated and would make all the difference
