In astrology, earth and water signs are supposed to be “feminine,” and fire and air signs are supposed to be “masculine.”

Romantically, fire signs are most compatible with other fire signs and air signs, and vice versa. Water signs are most compatible with other water signs and earth signs, and the same goes for earth.

So masculine signs are most romantically compatible with other masculine signs and feminine signs are most romantically compatible with other feminine signs.
