Take regular breaks to disconnect and reflect on your own life , not everything you see deserves space in your heart. Not every thought deserves to live inside you. If you're not careful, you'll start living a life that doesn’t feel like yours and wonder why you feel so lost fix yourself !!!

I can't fall asleep until it is really late. Ughhh i hate myself for that. I just get too many ideas at night 😪. I want to meditate, do exercise, practise mindfulness, study, have a healthy daily routine.. but no, scrolling on the phone is more important for me.. 😭😭😭
