Pluto in the 1st House
This placement typically means the individual makes a very strong impression on others. They are intense and come off as such. This placement allows for remarkable potential regarding evolution of the identity and will, and the native is typically aware of their own power. Childhood and the beginning of life beyond that is characterized by challenges to the identity, often resulting in the native avoiding connections with others. The identity relies upon privacy, if not secrecy. There is a need to hide the self out of fear.
Pluto in the 2nd House
There is an intense urge to acquire material goods, particularly through others. This is the way of the 8th House: Gaining through others. When Pluto, natural ruler of the 8th, is in the House opposite to it, this method is typically employed actively. There is often a fear of losing material goods, and a feeling of empowerment attached to these objects. In relation to self-worth, there can be wounds and fears related to the native’s perception of their self. Positively, natives of this position are typically insightful in relation to making money.
Pluto in the 3rd House
Natives of this placement are highly perceptive and quick-witted. They typically have very strong opinions and can easily persuade others to see it their way, having the intuitive ability to know what to say and how to say it, and giving off a sense of authority in their speech and writing. This position often leads to individuals obtaining secrets and obscure information with ease. This placement often relates to fears of being silenced.
Pluto in the 4th House
This is not typically an easy placement and can indicate hardships during childhood or within the family. Experiences during the childhood inspire a need to be secretive and to control the home. One may even feel guilt in relation to the home, family, or general heritage; fear can also relate to these parts of the life. The need to control can make the rest of the house or family uncomfortable. Childhood typically teaches these natives how to be resourceful. The native holds the potential to transform all of this, however.
Pluto in the 5th House
Creative power is intensified by this placement. This can manifest in relation to art, children, and romantic or sexual relationships. Spirituality and the occult often inspire this. Pride is strongly connected to the manifestations of the native’s power, for better or for worse. The transformation of the native often occurs through creativity and love. Depending on aspects and other influences in the chart, there can be an intense urge to dominate or be dominated by a partner, sometimes in very serious ways, and at other times it’s merely a passing desire. There can be an intense fear connected to one’s own powers of creation, in any sense of the word.
Pluto in the 6th House
Jobs and general work can be tied to rather taboo and unorthodox things. Work can easily become an obsession for these natives, for better or for worse. Unlike the general tone of the 6th House, this placement can indicate an avoidance of serving others. In general, there may be intense power struggles in relation to jobs and work. In relation to health, this placement can really go either way, depending on aspects and other factors. On one hand, it typically indicates the ability to recuperate and regenerate, both literally and figuratively, but it can also indicate struggles in relation to reproductive and sexual health.
Pluto in the 7th House
Relationships are often characterized by power struggles. Desire, fear, and obsession can intermingle in this area of the native’s life, making for a dangerous and potent combination. Jealous and possessive people have a pattern of cropping up in the lives of these natives, through no fault of their own. Positively, these natives can transform through their connections with others. They are highly insightful in relation to the motives of those around them. Natives may fear close connections, both romantic and platonic.
Pluto in the 8th House
Pluto being the natural ruler of the 8th House, this is a powerful placement for it to be in. The occult plays a large role in these natives’ lives and is a focus. Dark, secret, and taboo subjects are attractive to them. There is an intense urge to see and understand the secrets around them. They are highly private. Natives seek intimacy, but can also fear it, seeing it as a baring of the self and of all secrets. Focus, resourcefulness, and willpower are all strong within these individuals.
Pluto in the 9th House
Natives are capable of great insight into the law, morality, philosophy, religion, and spirituality. Their perceptiveness and understanding allow them to transform these areas of society, and take on the role of a leader there, too. Negatively, these individuals may use these areas to obtain power with no concern for others, depending on the overall nature of the chart. The native often seeks to understand the world through travel and continued education. This placement comes with a very intense sense of justice and morality.
Pluto in the 10th House
The willpower is applied to the career and overall success. This is a placement which indicates a secretive or taboo career, but it can also indicate a general drive to transform any profession. These natives often make very good leaders, as they have a strong sense of commitment and responsibility. There can be an obsession with the career and intense professionalism. They can appear as very intense and controlling to the outside world.
Pluto in the 11th House
The desire to transform is very apparent in relation to this position of Pluto. Native’s possess an understanding of people and society which they can either use for their own benefit or the benefit of others. Either way, the native desires to change the functions of society. There can be a tendency to seek control over others and groups in a dangerous way. Often, these individuals are attracted to groups and people associated with the occult.
Pluto in the 12th House
Psychic potential is particularly intense in relation to this placement. The occult and psychology often interest these natives, as they seek to understand themselves and others. This placement may indicate the natives attempt to hide things even from themselves, as repression appears to be the only way to control some of their thoughts and experiences. Transformation must happen within the self, and often involves the recognition of one’s own secrets.

Major Young Adult Transits
In honor of my transiting Uranus square natal Uranus going exact in a few days, let’s have a chat! Most of us on this website are young’ns, so I thought we might go through the major transits that hit everyone in their 20s. I present to you: anatomy of a quarter life crisis
Saturn square Saturn (age 22): Before we hit the Saturn return, we get the waning square. Then past that, around age 25 we get the waning trine. The Saturn cycle is probably the most famous ways to look at phases of an individual’s life. The waning square is the beginning of the conclusion of the Saturn cycle. Waning transits bring with them release, and as a social planet, Saturn deals with our direct interactions with others. In contrast to the waxing square at age 7, where we build up Saturnian energy within ourselves, attending school and focusing Saturn’s hard work and discipline inward, the waning square sees us directing that Saturnian energy outward. Many of us enter the workforce at this age. Most of us pick up new responsibilities here, the cost of living in a society. We begin to reap the benefits of the earlier phases of the Saturn cycle, and we are called upon to apply what we have learned to new challenges. This is the test: did you learn the lessons you were meant to from the rest of the Saturn cycle? What happens during this period sets us up for our Saturn Return, and the next phase of our lives.
Uranus square Uranus (early 20′s): In modern times, you are reasonably likely to live to your Uranus return around age 84. But first, the waxing square! To me, this is the quintessential quarter life crisis transit. Uranus rules the parts of ourselves than are rebellious, innovative, drawn to change for the sake of change. It’s also a society-minded planet, and its natives are interested in making their mark on the world. People going through this waxing square are feeling extra restless and directionless. We’re struggling with the need to break free of traditions that don’t make sense to us, but we aren’t sure what to replace them with. Since this transit is waxing, this energy is building up in the individual. We feel such an intense pull to be different and to find our truth, but we don’t know how to direct that energy. This is usually a time of big changes in a person’s life, and we come out the other side with a better understanding of ourselves and our direction in life.
2nd Jupiter Return (age 24): This transit happens around every 12 years, so it won’t be the first time Jupiter’s completed a cycle in your life. During our first Jupiter Return, we become teenagers, and our lives explode outwards into new experiences, new emotions, new changes. Jupiter transits are often associated with luck and ease, but I think it’s important to remember that Jupiter is indiscriminate in its growth. At this return, we close the book on the previous period of expansion - for most of us, this has been middle school through college (if we attended) and entering the workforce. During the Return, we accept what our investments have brought us. This is when everything comes back around. It’s also when we begin a new cycle of growth. Maybe during this cycle we will start families, travel the world, move up in our careers, buy houses, and create new relationships.
Neptune sextile Neptune (late 20′s): Barring radical developments in medicine, none of us are going to reach a Neptune return. At most, we might make it to the opposition at age 82 but probably nothing major past that. I sort of hesitate to include this one because I tend to associate sextile transits with conscious effort, so we probably won’t see any major life changes related to this transit unless we consciously take advantage of it. This transit functions in the background, making things subtly easier for the native in the realm of understanding and faith. We feel like we are able to tap into our subconscious and confront our dreams and beliefs. We come out of this transit with a stronger harmony between our reality and our perceptions, and with a bit more inner peace.
Saturn Return (age 29): This is the most famous one! Famous for being everyone’s least favorite transit :/ With an orbital period of 29 ½ years, Saturn returns to its position in our natal charts right before we turn 30. The stunning conclusion to our 20′s! This return brings a conclusion to our first cycle of responsibility. We have been shaped and molded and carved by the entire Saturn cycle prior, and we receive the fruits of our labor. The quality of the energy you have put in the entire Saturn cycle thus far determines what you will get out of this Return. Regardless, this is often a difficult time in our lives because we are experiencing a large shift. We are wrapping up one chapter in our lives and opening another. New tasks will appear to us, new trials begin to form, there are new lessons to learn. Many of us will feel overwhelmed at this time, but it’s okay. Saturn knows when it’s doing.
Feeling mired in one or more of these transits? You’re not alone! These transits are rites of passage that everyone must face. Would anyone be interested in more in depth posts on these, with notes on what they mean for each of the houses?

[Hey, Tumblr-land! Its me: Alizar Hart! I’m back from my long hiatus with Alizar’s Astro!Blahs. Although the format might be a little different than before, I’ll be serving up some hot fresh astrology all 2020 for everyone to enjoy. So without further ado, here’s the spiritual weather forecast for January! Happy New Years to everyone!]
January 2nd, 2020: First Quarter Moon in Aries, 11:45 PM.
New Years has us pumped up to get out there and go! To start over fresh with a brand new chapter to write upon. We are motivated to plant the seeds of a new future for ourselves. We can even see the hints of those seeds sprouting in our lives. There might be challenges from the past that we’ll have to face in order to cultivate this new growth…but with the First Quarter Moon in Aries, we have a great burst of energy in our pockets to help us.
January 3rd, 2020: Mars enters Sagittarius, 4: 37 AM.
We are called by the impulsive urge to pursue an adventure, vision, or simply run from anything we think is holding us captive. We seek freedom, that which seems fun, or pertinent to our ideology with a passionate gusto. Our endgame (or it’s consequences) doesn’t seem as important to us as the allure of initiating the journey. We are quick to jump into or act on any new projects, situations, or philosophies that catch our attention. We’re even quicker to argue the validity of our standpoint in pursuing these things. Try to balance your big vision with realistic steps-or else you might just end up jumping the gun.
January 8th, 2020: Jupiter Opposition North Node in Cancer, 11:08 AM.
The inspiration/ideal that Mars in Sagittarius fired up within our souls is being challenged. The planet Jupiter (ruler of Sagittarius) who is usually totally cool with reckless expansion is asking us to slow our roll and plan things out step by tedious step. That’s because Jupiter is positioned within pragmatic Capricorn and so any growth or endeavor to expand in life must honor the red tape and be well thought out or we’ll face the bad news bears later on! There is also the heavy implication that we may have to reach outside our comfort zones and not rely solely upon our intuition/feelings to get us by (represented by the North Node in Cancer). In this case, it’s probably best to re-think our dogmatic thinking around what we want…or what we think we know about how to best achieve our goals.
January 10th, 2020: Lunar Eclipse in Cancer, 2:21 PM/Uranus Direct, 8:48 PM.
The heavy-handed authoritarianism of a dreadful Capricorn stellium (5 planets and one asteroid all clustered in the sign of the seagoat) is opposing a sensitive Cancer Moon. We want the depths of our feelings, boundaries, and dreams to be honored by others around us! But it feels like we (and our dreams) are being strangled or crushed with an iron fist by the governments/systems of red tape that control all reality. Systems who have no empathy for our happy endings or personal struggles. The lunar eclipse will bring forth suppressed emotions from our subconscious like a zit that’s ready to pop. Meanwhile, Uranus goes direct…and completely shifts the playing field with an unexpected change in our lives/the world at large.
January 12th, 2020: Saturn Conjunct Pluto, 11:59 AM.
The most anticipated event of 2020 hits us right out the door of New Years and after an intense lunar eclipse. Saturn and Pluto, the heaviest hitters in the sky, team up-giving us no time to breathe before they deliver us a rather grim reality check. The fiery aspiration for renewal/growth/positive change that we had at the beginning of the month is being slapped with a bunch of restrictions, limitations, and hardships. And heightens the fear surrounding those changes. It might seem as if the entire world has risen up to tell your dreams “NO”. And we might experience some kind of loss as Saturn and Pluto force us to take out the garbage in our lives/minds or ruthlessly fix it. There is no sneaking, avoiding, or wriggling our way out of this one. Saturn and Pluto are here to ensure that the changes we want to see in our lives are built upon sturdy and solid foundations-nothing less will appease them. This conjunction marks a period of slow progress…but one that creates a brand new foundation for lasting happiness in the years to come. So don’t give up hope now! A true and real change is never made overnight. It must be fought for diligently. Keep fighting by using these hungry times to learn the patience, self-reliance, and resourcefulness it’ll take to realize your dreams! Now is the time to really own your power as the author of your own destiny.
Side note: This conjunction only comes around once every 34 (or so) years. It’s a time of extreme revolution, sudden change, and upheaval. Those born in 1989/1988 who have a Capricorn Stellium and are in the throes of their Saturn Return’s will be especially affected. Rise Millennials, rise! The last time Saturn and Pluto got together like this was November of 1982.
January 13th, 2020: Venus Enters Pisces, 1: 39 PM.
Whelp, after all that harsh reality being shoved into our faces, Venus has decided to give us some rose-colored glasses to wear. Ya know, to help us escape the buzzkill parade that is the Saturn/Pluto conjunction…and the five other planets grounded in earth signs right now. Our relationships might become hazy in their boundaries as we fixate on giving/seeking compassion. We want those pink feelings of spiritual unification, empathy, and love. And while these sentiments are all well and good, Venus might be enabling us to run away from the issues that the Lunar Eclipse brought to light by getting us super involved in a fairytale. Fog alert! With Venus in Pisces and Mars in Sagittarius, choices are made impulsively, and the arena of love/relationships might leave you open to being used. Or left in the dust after a whirlwind of tender promises. The best way to use Venus in Pisces to our advantage is to practice a healthy dose of self-love. Don’t look for the love in others that you haven’t first attempted to give yourself…even if it’s just as simple as a pat on your own back. Try to appreciate the beauty/hidden opportunity in every situation that presents itself. Pisces can see the hidden doors to magic in even the most normal places.
January 16th, 2020: Mercury Enters Aquarius, 1:31 PM.
When Mercury (the planet of intellect and communication) enters visionary Aquarius, we can hear the future calling us in spontaneous “downloads”, new ideas, and electric eccentricity. We can see all sorts of possibilities now where previously there were only dead ends. And perhaps those crushed dreams that we had for New Years are entirely doable-if we just think about them differently, progressively, more…objectively. This is the breath of fresh air we’ve needed for our depleted sails. Mercury in Aquarius will have us breaking out of our own mental boxes, gaining fresh perspective, and reinventing the wheel into the starship Enterprise. It may seem weird from the outside to everyone else-but hey! The future is made up of what the past has called “weird”.
January 17th, 2020: Third Quarter Moon in Libra, 7:58 AM.
After the flood of ideas that Mercury in Aquarius brought us, we need a moment to weigh up the new information. A Third Quarter Moon in Libra pops up a day later to help us deliberate on how we’ll conduct our business in regards to what we’ve recently learned. We might find ourselves a little more reserved and quiet today as we reflect upon the things we ultimately need to let go of-now that we’re thinking about our life choices from a new angle. Since the moon is in Libra, a good thing to contemplate is how the relationships we keep either support, take away, or distract from living our best life. Resting, releasing, going inward, and cleansing is encouraged. Try not to stress yourself out over making a decision just yet.
January 18th, 2020: Pallas Athena Enters Capricorn, 5:31 AM.
Asteroids are just as important as planets and constellations in astrology-at least I think so. Given all that we’ve been through in just the first month of 2020 alone, this particular asteroid couldn’t have swung by sooner. Pallas Athena, who rules over creative intelligence, moves into the most structured sign in the zodiac: Capricorn! This wise goddess is here to help us organize/make efficient our lives/plans in accordance to what we’ve learned and recently decided upon. We’re most likely to spend this day on the bare bones practicals. Via her pragmatic touch, Pallas Athena gives us the tools we need to craft our lives to our personal specifications.
January 20th, 2020: Sun Enters Aquarius, 9:55 AM.
Happy birthday all you earth-bound aliens and genius souls born way before our times! I’m talking to you Aquarians out there! With the sun now shining in your inventive sign, everyone will benefit from the originality, individual freedom, social awareness, and connectedness with all things that you waterbearer’s are famous for. ♡
January 24th, 2020: New Moon in Aquarius, 4:42 PM.
With the New Moon and Mercury sitting in cerebral and far-reaching Aquarius, we want to think/talk about the future and where we’re going. Not where we’ve been (mentally and physically). But unfortunately, we’re reminded by a South Node in Capricorn and the planets Uranus/Saturn/Pluto (who are all firmly planted in earth signs) that the sparkling future cannot truly be moved into when we’re still holding on to old patterns and structures-whether we’re aware of them or not. This New Moon is all about creating/embracing the potential of our future by letting go of the limits of our past narratives. It’s time to sacrifice something we’ve held onto for longer than we should’ve. Are we really walking our talk when we say we want a change in our lives? Or are we still hypnotized by our comfort zones?
January 31st, 2020: Ceres Enters Aquarius, 2:59 AM.
Have you drank water lately? Taken your meds? Gotten outside for a break from your room or work? Ate anything at all? Taken a shower? When the asteroid Ceres (who rules over nourishment, self-care, and motherly instincts) moves into cerebral Aquarius, we may forget we have a physical body. And that it has real needs! Remember to fuel your body as well as your mind while working towards that better future you see. Also!People with Ceres (Demeter) in Aquarius within their natal chart traditionally feel the loss of support from their kin early on in life. So today might also bring up feelings of parental abandonment that you suffered as a kid. But one of the cool things about a Ceres in Aquarius transit is the ability to find nourishment in groups of friends. So take some time out of your schedule and go hang out with the people who really make you feel like you could take on the world! And be that support for others in return. It might help to make this winter season a little bit warmer for us all.

Love Transits
Transits got me thinking about love again, so here you go, a master post on transits that involve love, meeting people, etc etc (Probably only going to include positive ones). Hopefully I don’t miss any. (keep in mind that these are like, unafflicted aspects so don’t be like “this isnt happening for me” because chances are something is afflicting it or you are literally not taking advantage of the power it’s providing you with)
Retrogrades
Mercury Retrograde Increases likelihood of reconnecting with people from your past (can either be a good or bad thing). Especially effective in houses that deal with relationships (3rd, 5th, 7th, and 11th), but really it can happen in any house, like for example, in the 9th house it might be due to traveling that you meet someone from your past.
Venus Retrograde Increases likelihood of reconnecting with a past lover. Again like the Mercury Retrograde, it can be bad or good, depends if you wanna see your ex again.

BASELINE #5 THE LUNAR PHASES
Listen up Astrology bitches, dropping some foundational knowledge on you right now. The relationship between Sun and Moon is the quickest way to tell how a person can live a successful life. No, we’re not talking squares and trines or any of that basic aspect jabber, we’re talking about the phase of the Moon a person was born under. Your lunar phase tells you your overall life situation and patterns of behavior, and how you can play that shit out in a positive way (or negative, your choice). All other planetary pairs in a chart are just elaborating on this fundamental shit. Here’s your guide to the lunar phases:
NEW MOON Moon is 1° to 45° ahead of the Sun
New moons are fucking freaks. These motherfuckers have the straight up zest for life. They have the capacity for a ridiculous amount of faith in themselves and a bomb ass intuition. The struggle? They’re totally self-oriented and have zero awareness of the actual objective realities of other people. These bitches are some Grade A projectors, yo, when you’re talking with one you need to be on the watch. To have successful relationships, New Moons gotta be honest with themselves and let their intuition and personal feelings guide their interactions. Then they become the clever, funky, real as fuck homie instead of the self-centered out of control motherfucker.
CRESCENT Moon is 46° to 90° ahead of the Sun
Crescent babies are trying to be a motherfucking success. Whatever “success” looks to them man they’re imaginative. Why are they out here to succeed? Cause they’re trying to overcome their otherworldly fear of failure and deal with some ingrained patterns of fucked up behavior. But my Goodness when these little troopers realize that it is not them vs the world and that they can at any moment let go of the past and start in on some new shit, they become some of the most self-assertive, confident bitches in the place. They crush obstacles with their bare hands and have the willpower and positivity of 1000 angles.
FIRST QUARTER Moon is 91° to 135° ahead of the Sun
These little babies are in a crisis. They’re trying to figure out whether to build shit up and out or keep shit close and personal. Holy shit, First Quarters have insane creative potential, they can pull some beautiful shit up out of the depths of their being. But, they can also do jack shit because they’re scared as fuck to move forward so they let their circumstances victimize them. Little bitches must stop and ask themselves “is this actually what I want to be doing? Am I moving towards some shit I actually want?” The key to success is to set some practical goals and move towards them out in the world, while internally setting some strong values and standards and holding yourself to them. Boom. Dreams becoming reality all over the place.
GIBBOUS Moon is 136° to 180° ahead of the Sun
These bitches are 100% dissatisfied with themselves and life in general. Yikes? No. This dissatisfaction is a huge catalyst for personal growth - which is what these babies are all about. They are too blessed with the gift of self-analysis, they’re out here asking “why?” and getting to the bottom of everything, especially themselves and their own patterns of behavior. Gibbies, you gotta focus on cooperating and constantly re-orienting yourself to the world or else you’re gonna be caught in a cycle where you hate everything and no one can do anything right including you. Once they snap out of that shit these people can contribute anything they motherfucking want to society, all while enjoying constant revelations about the deep ass truth about themselves.
FULL MOON Moon is 181° to 225° ahead of the Sun
Full Moon people are beautiful - they have the potential to live in a world with razor sharp clarity, where every relationship leads to something fulfilling. Or, these bitches say “peace out” to reality and choose to live totally disassociated from the truth about themselves and the things in their life do not live up to their potential. Good Lord these little babies have a habit of not being able to do shit without checking to see if it’s totally in line to whatever everyone else has going on. The key to breaking this cycle is that you gotta identify your own truth and stand by it - then these people can look out into the world and see everything they feel inside confirmed and validated (instead of looking to the world to tell them how they should act and feel). It’s a wonderful world of objectivity.
DISSEMINATING Moon is 91° to 135° behind the Sun
Oh man, when these little babies have their energy in check, you can’t help but want to be around them. Disseminating homies have a very special link to the collective - they’re all about sharing what they’ve learned and discovered. Little bitches can hype for hours about some random ass shit and you’ll be all about it. These people go with the flow. It’s not all fun and games though, sometimes they be flowing along and two years later discover they let themselves get into in a creepy relationship with a freak and are left wondering how the fuck did I get here. It’s crucial for these people to constantly sit down and ask themselves “is what I’m feeling actually my own feeling or am I picking up on someone else?” Once they get their discernment together, homies can control the flow, and be a powerful, inspirational force to everyone in their life.
LAST QUARTER Moon is 46 to 90° behind the Sun
Like their opposite First Quarter, Last Quarters are also dealing with crisis. These sleepy bitches wake up one day (or every day) to discover they’re locked into a position they don’t want to be in - their life focuses around changing their perspective about their situation. The most important things Last Quarter bitches need to be asking themselves on the regular are: “do my beliefs support my ability to move forward with my life?” And “do my friends and family build me up and encourage what’s important to me and what I want for myself?” If you answered no to one or both of these questions, time to make a change. Once these little babies figure out that they can always change their minds, their life gets into perspective and they become the most flexible, compassionate, hilarious homies in the game.
BALSAMIC Moon is 1° to 45° behind the Sun
Last but not least we got these dreamy ass bitches living in the twilight zone. As in, this life has an early morning feel where you’re like, I know the sun is coming but when will it actually rise. These people are 100% future oriented, they’re in elementary school writing out their life plan while everyone else is just tryin to color. When they’re unaware, these homies will straight up use a bitch and look at all experiences as a means to an end. But when they let that shit go and focus on maturing their perspective, hot damn they know how to cooperate and have compassion for what others are goin though. The more unnecessary shit from the past these sweet little seedlings can let go of, the better off they are.
And then we’re back to the beginning because everything is just a circle.
Chart it up, little Astrology bitches.

Who Do I Attract?
So, I have a lot of these asks in my inbox right now, and it’s not really an ask meme, it’s an entire area of astrology! I figured it’d be easiest to just make a post on what areas and ways you may attract certain signs or placements.
The placements here are likely to draw in people of certain signs or planetary dominants. Usually, it will attract the Suns, Risings and dominants of these signs.
Below, in no particular order, are areas of your chart that may attract certain people or placements.
Your Moon Element will attract the same element and it’s pairing one. For example, a fire moon will attract fire and air moons. This is because your inner workings and feelings are understood by each other more so than typically incompatible elements, like water and air.
Your Rising Element will also attract the same element and it’s pairing one, but it may attract the Rising or Sun sign. For example, an earth rising will attract earth suns and/or risings. This is because your flow and ego is attractive to those who think and appear like you too, rather than those who are more reserved or wild than yourself.
Your Rising Sign is likely to attract, and in turn be drawn to, it’s sister sign. This can be in Sun, Rising or Dominance. This is because your ascendant is the opposite of your descendant, and this is the type of person we look for and admire. For example, Virgo Risings have Pisces Descendants, so are attracted/attractive to Pisces Suns, Risings and/or Dominance as the two act as a whole.
This post just got longer, and is having more parts added too! Read the edited version here and look out for more on attraction in astrology

Virgo Venus/// no thank you s'il vous fucking plaît. Only very innocent shit like hand holding and cheek kisses and hugs. The very thought of someone other than my partner even thinking I do anything remotely sexual turns me off right away. (My Venus is intercepted though so)

How to approach a chart
General notes:
Make sure you know about your “tools” before you start to avoid wrongly interpreting or missing something. These “tools” are knowledge of the basics/things like
the flat wheel
the elements
the sign’s, planet’s, and house’s keywords / archetypes
the modalities
rulerships
In an astrological chart, southern and sorthern as well as east and west are switched so south is up, north is down, west is right, east is left. (for A.1)
Make sure you have birth data that’s as accurate as possible. We’re talking birth certificate or biography accurate.
Clearly always feel free to add more as you please, but these things should be included to create a rough outline of any chart.
A) Overall Impression:
Are more planets in the southern (upper half) or northern (lower half) hemisphere of the chart? Are more in the eastern (left half) or western (right half) part?
Are there any interceptions/duplications? If so, where?
Where are the angles?
Any obvious chart patterns?
Any big stellia?
B) Narrowing it down a bit - Sorting into categories:
How much energy is concentrated in a certain element, modality, and polarity?
How many bodies fall into angular houses/cardinal signs, how many into succedent/fixed and cadent/mutable?
How many bodies fall into fire houses/signs, how many into earth, air, and water?
How many bodies fall into an active/masculine house/sign, how many into a passive/feminine sign?
Are there any significant lacks of a certain category? Does the chart significantly lack a certain element’s, polarity’s, or modality’s energy?
How many aspects are present? Of what kind? How many conjunctions? How about sextiles, trines, oppositions, and squares?
C) Making it exact - Placement positions, major aspects, etc.:
What houses and signs do the individual planets and luminaries fall in?
What major aspects form between which planets?
Are any planets strongly afflicted or beneficially aspected?
What is the chart ruler and where is it?
What house cusps do the signs fall on?
Are any planets in retrograde?
D) Looking for details - Degrees, lords, rulerships, etc.:
What decans do the planets fall in?
Where are the lords of the houses seated?
Are any planets dignified or exalted? In detriment or fall?
Are any planets in an anartic degree?
Where are the rulers of certain placements seated?
What is the tightest aspect?
E) Delineation
The actual delineation (= interpretation/analysis) of the chart can begin here. Taking the above steps shouldn’t involve active interpretation just yet as you are simply creating an outline for the chart and objectively view the distribution of energies in it. It is supposed to ensure having the big picture in mind from the beginning on as well as making sure that nothing is forgotten.
