I am 300 pages into Heretics of Dune and I am now ready to admit I am not having a good time and am never going to finish it
Every Gammu chapter: TARAZA: There be heretics up in this Dune.
TEG: I am so loyal to the Bene Gesserit.
DUNCAN: Much like the person writing this post, I have no idea what's going on.
CHAIRDOG: My existence is a reminder that God is canonically dead.
LUCILLA: The hand of Divided God as my witness, I will molest that child.
THAT OTHER REVEREND MOTHER WHOSE NAME I AM TOO LAZY TO LOOK UP: I be a hertic up in this Dune.
Every Rakis chapter:
SHEENA: I hate Big Worm Satan. I hate the priests. I'm gonna go into the desert and cuss out God for a bit.
ODRADE: There may in fact be heretics up in this Dune.
THE PRIESTS OF THE DIVIDED GOD: The wise worm woman called us all useless bitches, truly she was sent by Big Worm God.
WAFF: Don't google how our axlotl tanks work.
Meanwhile somewhere in space: HONORED MATRES: It's been 300 pages, when do when get to gaslight, gatekeep, gesserit the Old Imperium?

The Torus: The Code to the Universe
OMG!!!!! I never realize the Torus field turn THAT WAY, I imaging it backwards, is it bad? or something? :S
— unrealismos
It’s not bad at all, lol. It’s naturally found in all of life. YOU are even a torus of energy.
“The torus, or primary pattern, is an energy dynamic that looks like a doughnut – it’s a continuous surface with a hole in it. The energy flows in through one end, circulates around the center and exits out the other side.
You can see it everywhere – in atoms, cells, seeds, flowers, trees, animals, humans, hurricanes, planets, suns, galaxies and even the cosmos as a whole.
Scientist and philosopher, Arthur Young, explained that a torus is the only energy pattern or dynamic that can sustain itself and is made out of the same substance as its surroundings – like a tornado, a smoke ring in the air, or a whirlpool in water.
The torus also applies at the human level. Each person not only is a torus – our bodies are a continuous surface (skin) with a hole through the middle (intestinal tract) – but we are each surrounded by our own toroidal electro-magnetic field.
Each individual’s torus is distinct, but at the same time open and connected to every other in a continuous sea of infinite energy.
It is the same energy field you can feel with a magnet. It is usually invisible, but by scattering iron filings loosely around a magnet you can actually see the toroidal shape of energy.
The Heart’s electromagnetic frequency arcs out from the Heart and back in the form of a torus field. The axis of this Heart torus extends from the pelvic floor to the top of the skull, and the whole field is holographic, meaning that information about it can be read from each and every point in the torus.
This also connects on the sacred geometry level where our heart chakra is composed of a star tetrahedron. It connects the energy together.  Also the way the kundalini flows within the chakra system, this energy flows within the same way, the rising serpent of the ida(feminine) and pingala(masculine) join together through the Nadis. the Nadis are your subtle channels that heighten your psychic abilities through the network of energy. The ida and pingala rises up to create a central channel Sushumna where they are joined. Shakti Kundalini will then awaken and rise up Sushumna, energizing the seven chakras.Your chakras create your aura and your aura is a field of energy known as a torus. Everything comes full circle. pretty cool huh?
Nassim haramein explains this quite well in this clip here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vYOIBtxxark
He also links it to the how the universe is made of a double torus.
Double Torus
Most torus dynamics actually contain two toruses – called “tori” – like the male and female aspects of the whole – one spiraling one direction toward the north pole and its opposite spinning toward the South pole. This is also referred to as the “Coriolis” effect.  Examples are the weather on the earth and the plasma flow of the sun.
This also connects directly to the imbalance that our earth has from the over dominance   of the masculine energy  versus the feminine, which created an imbalnce with time. This imbalance is slowly being restructured right now, it’s really what part of ascension is about, putting ourselves back in harmony, in balance with the masculine/feminine, which creates vector equilibrium.   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The VE - Vector Equilibrium
The underlying structure of the torus is the Vector Equilibrium, or “VE.” It is the blueprint by which nature forms energy into matter. Buckminster Fuller, one of the 20th Century’s most prolific inventors, coined the term Vector Equilibrium. He named it this because the “VE” is the only geometric form where all forces are equal and balanced.  The energy lines (vectors) are of equal length and strength. They represent the energy of attraction and repulsion, like you can feel with a magnet.
You can’t actually observe the “VE” in the material world because it is the geometry of absolute balance. What we experience on Earth is always expanding toward and contracting away from absolute equilibrium.  Like a wave arising from the surface of a tranquil sea, a material form is born (unfolds) from the plenum (fullness) of energy (ironically referred to by physicists as “the vacuum!”) and dies (enfolds) back into it. The VE is like the imaginable – yet invisible – mother of all the shapes and symmetries we see in the world.
To explore this more deeply check out a longer, scientific explanation of the VE.
The Phi Spiral
In order for the pattern to show up at every scale, there must be a way for organisms to grow while maintaining proportion among their parts. There is one spiral vortex in nature that accomplishes this. It’s called the phi spiral and can be seen as everything comes into form, from tiny ferns to giant galaxies.
The Phi Double Spiral
The phi spiral in one direction will often be seen counterbalanced with another one in the opposite direction – called the Phi Double Spiral.
How it All Fits Together
When you put all three aspects of the pattern together - the torus, the VE, and Phi spirals - you end up with one whole pattern that looks like this:
Fractals
It makes sense that the torus shows up at every scale, because we seem to live in a fractal universe. “Fractal” means that the same patterns are repeated at all scales, whether you look through a microscope or a telescope. When you look at a small part of a fractal, it has a similar appearance to its full shape. Mountain ranges, river beds, plants and lightning discharges are familiar examples.
Nature by Numbers: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kkGeOWYOFoA
Everything is connected within the infinite sea of the cosmos
we’re all connected at the heart of Mother Earth
I borrowed part of this from http://www.thrivemovement.com/the_code-fundamental_pattern with added commentary and theories from me :)
I hope this helps you understand the torus a bit better.
and this is what i do when i should be sleeping…
much love <3

"Spirituality ain't for the weak because once you get past the honeymoon phase, you will be shown all of the ways that you yourself have been your own worst enemy along your healing journey.
Remember: your ego will always fight to protect itself when it can feel you trying to move beyond its grasp. The defensiveness you feel when Spirit begins to call you out is a great teacher. Because what are you trying to defend...?"

Zhan Zhuang: Standing Meditation
Tumblr media
The body of the average modern human being has become a dysregulated, disconnected mess of weakness, tightness, tension, chronic pain, and numbness.
In a word, imbalanced.
Some of that may be an inescapable aspect of our mortal form, such as a chronic disease or permanent injury, which then must be accepted and accommodated. But in many other instances, this poor state of the body is a result of our own misuse and neglect.
How often do you simply stand? Not leaning one way or the other, not shifting your weight from foot to foot, not contorting your posture around a mobile phone or heavy bag.
A multitude of people work office jobs or are students of rigorous academics and they will spend many hours sitting. During the first year of the pandemic, when most people were staying at home, I found myself sitting or lounging all the time.
It was during the pandemic that I first began to practice Zhan Zhuang, Standing Like a Tree.
As I have begun standing for very long surgeries, I have made an effort to return to this practice daily. It has made an immense difference.
Zhan Zhuang
The premise of this standing practice is simple.
You stand. You breathe. And that's it.
There are some finer points to the posture, which should be integrated as one acclimates to the practice.
Tumblr media
One can imagine how this develops a sense of being both grounded and centered. And it needn't be a long session. I have been doing 5-10 minutes with amazing results.
Beneath this deceptively simple practice, a profound shift unfolds over time. The body re-organizes itself in relation to the axis of gravity and in doing so it also pulls the body into a naturally harmonious alignment.
Tumblr media
There are a number of resources for leaning zhan zhuang. I found a YouTuber with an excellent several week course for free:
Nick Loffree: Bioenergetic Health
Additionally, there is a site with a free PDF I quite liked:
Scott Jeffrey: Zhan Zhuang
Standing Meditation
So you may ask yourself: does this count as meditation?
My answer would be: it depends. It can be!
I would categorize this practice as somatic meditation. This means that if you are engaging your conscious attention with the physical sensation of the body as a whole and breathing silently with it, then it is a meditation practice.
If you are doing this while watching TV or something, it is still good for the body but I would not call it meditation.
Qi
Lastly, standing practice is also a beneficial method for discovering, gathering, and aligning qi.
Qi is something I have been exploring these days as part of my foray into somatic spirituality. I have yet to alight on a plain English translation that I really like. Qi has been called many different things previously: vital force, spirit, or simply energy. It seems to be very similar to the yogic concept of prana. Both are vital forces that relate to organic systems.
I am thinking "vital energy" may be a sufficient term, as it is distinct from even more subtle forms of energy spoken of within various occult/spiritual paradigms.
Regardless, I will be writing more about qi and somatic spirituality in the future. That said, standing meditation is a good fundamental practice with a number of benefits. Give it a try!

Meditation: Why, What, and How?
Why Meditate?
Life pulls us in every direction but one: inward. As we go about our walk through this world, we not only have our own desires and needs to contend with but also those of the people with which we come into contact. In meditation, you come back to your Self as you truly are.
From birth onward, we are told what we are and what we are not. Meditation is the way to discover what it really means to exist; and the way to rest peacefully in that awareness.
Until you come to know the silence and stillness of your Being, you will remain a victim of your human body/mind. Your body/mind’s problems will be Your problems. Once you realize through experience that your body/mind is in You but You are not your body/mind, everything changes.
The world becomes a benevolent place without fear and without selfishness. Only then can you love all beings unconditionally and be of real service to the world.
What is Meditation?
In meditation, there is nowhere to go and nothing to do. In that way meditation is unlike every other activity in which we have been forced to engage.
To quote Eckhart Tolle:“Doing is never enough if you neglect Being.”
There is nothing this world can give you that you do not already have within you. The pleasure that you think you get from experiences and people are really only your own reaction to those things. If you kick your dependency on the outer to give you permission to experience the inner, then you will know permanent joy.
When you sit for meditation, you observe and experience your human body and mind without judgement or analysis. In doing so, you will slowly come to a place of stillness and silence that bears witness to the body-mind without identifying with it. Far from creating a sense of depressed detachment, this experience brings with it a tremendous sense of relief. And when we are relieved, we can be ourselves as we truly are.
You are like space itself, uncuttable and untouchable. And yet through the form of your human existence you may interact with this world as you please, with utter love and compassion.
How do I meditate?
Meditation is most effective when it is a daily practice. Otherwise it is very easy to forget your Self in the bustle of human living. 15-20 minutes a day would be a good starting point, but feel free to do less or more so long as you can continue that practice every day.
You can find meditation instructions I have written here.
There is no perfect meditation or bad meditation. Every meditation is the meditation you needed. It is a process and it can take some time for certain mental karmas (the impressions and judgements of the mind) to fall away.
As my guru Sri ShivaRudraBalayogi insists, the three qualities of dedication, determination, and discipline are necessary for anyone who truly wishes to discover the nature of existence. It’s worth it.

Random Astrology Observations Pt.3
Hi my peoples, here is another astro observation for you all to enjoy. I know you're probs tired of hearing this, but please forgive any inaccuracies as I am still learning. Any constructive feedback would be deeply appreciated. Love ya and enjoy
Tumblr media
🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
Aries in 6th House natives need to keep busy or they risk feeling unsatisfied and un-accomplished from not doing enough. This could also lead to anxiety related to work and what you have achieved. 💛
Cancer in 9th individuals have mom friend or gaurdian angel potential. 👼
North Node in 8th House natives prefer doing everything by themselves and usually don't like asking for help as they unfortunately might have learnt early on that they could only rely on themselves to get shit done. 🖤
Saturn opposite Pluto people have issues with pre established authorities and could take great offense having their own authority questioned.
Neptune square Ascendant natives tend to be unpredictable and have tendencies to start over again and rip up old foundations to do so.
^Just a theory so let me know if this resonates but, these people could also have a painful awareness of what they need to sacrifice in order to be themselves, but are scared/reluctant to do so. 😥
Mars in 3rd House are the people that tend to swear a lot. Make them mad and they will throw curse words at you like it's glitter. 🤬
Neptune in 4th House natives could experience a loss of family (not necessarily death related) or a loss of connection to your family. 👨‍👨‍👧‍👦
Pisces Moon natives are prone to escapism via daydreaming and if emotionally afflicted for to long (correct me if i'm being dumb) could develop a Maladaptive Daydreaming Disorder.
Gemini Saturn tend to be the quiet kids in class that don't stop talking when they're with someone they trust. They are also insanely smart, but downplay it due to feelings of inadequacy in their mental pursuits. 👨‍🎓

The Arc of Intimacy
The Eighth House
Tumblr media
The Arc: 4th House, 5th House, 6th House, 7th House
After the sixth house of shared humility, and the seventh house of trust, we encounter the eighth house of soul intimacy. Eighth house sex is intense, transformational, and above all sacred. It is where we become our most vulnerable, where we are stripped bare and at the mercy of our partner.
Sun in the 8th House  The partner must be willing to face darkness and woundedness humbly and truthfully, both in the Self and the Other.
Key Quality in a Partner: Intensity Turn-off: Avoidance, denial, shallowness
Moon in the 8th House The partner must be open to the full acceptance of the realities of lifelong commitment.
Key Quality in a Partner: Radical, monogamous commitment, sensitivity. Turn-off: A refusal to grow up Mercury in the 8th House The partner must be open and eager regarding communication and learning. Someone who is always exploring, and never threatened by your sharing. Key Quality in a Partner: Intelligence, curiosity, willingness to speak, listen, and learn Turn-off: Emotional silence, rigidity, unwillingness to learn Venus in the 8th House The partner must be civilized, sensitive, graceful, and willing to continue courtship for the length of the relationship.
Key Quality in a Partner: Grace Turn-off: Vulgarity Mars in the 8th House The partner must be truthful, loyal, passionate – and unafraid of your passion both energetically and physically. Key Quality in a Partner: Courage and passion Turn-off: Wishy-washy “niceness” Jupiter in the 8th House The natural partner is generous, big-spirited, supportive, and generally entertaining. Key Quality in a Partner: Supportiveness, generosity, gregarious Turn-off: Stinginess, controlling, shaming
Saturn in the 8th House The natural partner is simply trustworthy; a person of high integrity, patience and maturity. Someone capable of making and keeping adult vows. Key Quality in a Partner: Integrity, trustworthiness Turn-off: Immaturity, self-indulgence, weakness
Uranus in the 8th House The natural partner is tolerant and supportive regarding human differences, not unnaturally jealous and eager to support your freedom and need for space.
Key Quality in a Partner: Respect for autonomy Turn-off: Insecurity, control-issues, possessiveness
Neptune in the 8th House The natural partner is sensitive and open to spirituality in some form, although there is no need for symmetry in beliefs. They integrate tenderness and “merging” feelings with sexuality.
Key Quality in a Partner: Psychic and spiritual sensitivity Turn-off: A superficial view of sexuality Pluto in the 8th House The natural partner is not afraid of emotional intensity and purging issues. They are open to committed self-expression, no matter the subject. Key Quality in a Partner: Humble, undefensive, penetrating and unflinching analysis of self and the partner Turn-off: Shallowness, rationalization, denial, fear of the darker side of human nature
South Node in the 8th House A need to move away from unyielding, unbroken intensity. You need normalcy now. Avoid the drama and aim for stability. North Node in the 8th House Your past lives were concerned only with survival, directing you away from your psychological interior. Your soul needs passionate depth like the desert needs the rain.
