Do I think Doofenshmirtz turning good at the end of season 4 was the perfect conclusion to his arc and showed that he's really a good person beneath all the evil posturing and weirdly specific pet peeves? Yes. Do I care that he's evil again in season 5 just so they can return to the formula? Not in the slightest. What would this show be without inators and tragic backstories?
