Summary: "This year's Great British Bake Off will see some baking for sure, but also a few surprises. Tayce goes into the Bake Off tent determined to bring the winning cake stand to Wales, along with a few Star Baker badges, but her attention may not be on baking for too long as she gets to know fellow baker Aurora, on the same row as her.
And judging by the other contestants, Tayce might not be the only one focusing on something other than baking this season."

Notes: GBBO AU, Lesbian AU, baking, fluff, slow burn (I mean really slow)
A/N: Here is the gbbo au that I've been devoured by recently! It's a little different from the actual gbbo, I've tried to make it a little more original and mix in some rpdr elements too. There are 12 chapters in all, and I hope to update twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays, for April and early May.
are you a rice or pasta person? a graphic tee or flannel person? art or writing person? ocean or meadow person? posters on your wall or tapestries person? tag your sign too !

There are still a handful of students milling around the room, but nobody approaches Rosé. Denali hesitates. Is it suspicious? No, surely not, students ask their lecturers questions all the time, it’s their job to be helpful. She nods to herself and pushes her stuff into her backpack before flinging it over one shoulder and gripping it tight.
Rosé looks up before she can even open her mouth.
“Nope.”
“What? You don’t even know what I was going to ask!” Denali sputters, cheeks filling with a soft pink.
Rosé gathers her laptop and papers into the crook of her arm and gives Denali a stern look. “This is not the place.”
“Just tell me,” Denali pushes, “Did you know?”
“I should be asking you the same thing,” Rosé hisses, but she catches herself when a few students walk past. She returns their wave with a perfect smile.
“I didn’t know, I swear,” Denali says, voice low. “I didn’t even know who taught this class.”
“Aw, you didn’t look me up? Most of the students do.”
“Most of the students don’t know your thread count.”
