18. We Are the Union - fun ska punk band from Ann Arbor, Michigan. Their trombonist JER is Black and non-binary. JER also has another ska punk project called Skatune Network that covers songs of all genres, as well as cartoon and video game themes. One of the most outspoken and passionate people in the ska scene right now, extremely knowledgeable.

19. Pour Habit - punk band from Compton, California. Two members are Black. Only released two albums, but they’re both great.

20. Pinkshift - punk band from Baltimore, Maryland. All 3 members are 2nd generation immigrants. A new band and one to keep your eyes on, for sure.
