"All right, all right. Don't get your pants in a twist.

"If you didn't break it, then do you have any ideas of who did?"

"I told you I don’t know!"

"You’re acting like I’m the one who broke it."

"What do you mean? I'm just asking what happened?"

"What do you want from me, Andrea?"

Andrea smiled too Stan, then walked briskly through the trees up to a decrepit building that sat in the middle of a clearing. The door squeaked as she pushed it open. Her mouth fell open as she gazed around the room. "This is.. an incredible amount of stuff."

"The pleasure is all mine Andrea."

"It’s actually right up ahead. Right behind those trees." He said, pointing up ahead.

"That's good. Ideas are always helpful."

"Yes, I suppose you could say that. It's good that I have lots of jobs, which means more money. But not so good if free time is important." 

What was that?

"Neither do I. Give me a good wrench and a machine to fix any day."

"I know! Jobs like that just seem so dull, I don’t know how anyone stands to do them."

"I'm sure it does. Much more interesting than sitting behind a desk, anyway. I couldn't stand that type of job."

"I follow the wind and me muse, makes life interesting."

[atlanteanrepairs]

"I'm sure that I'm terribly sorry, your Highness. But that doesn't change my question. Is there something that you want me to do?" 

"That’s no way to speak to a princess."

[atlanteanrepairs]

"I'm guessing a new coat is in order than."

"Busy. Very, very busy."

What was that?

"That would be fantastic. Thank you, Will." 

"How much do you think it will cost?"

"So something strong, too. I’ll have to think about it, but I’m sure I could find time for a project like that."

[atlanteanrepairs]

"I want something thin enough so that I can pick around in small mechanisms without having to worry about the tip being broken off. Also, it's always good to have some protection."

Will looked at her, confused. “You? With a knife? What for?”

"Sounds like a fun lifestyle. Do you have a permanent job, or do you just go wherever the wind takes you?"

"Finding bits a other stuff, drawing, that sorta thing."

[atlanteanrepairs]

"Sounds good to me."

"So what have you been up to lately? Anything interesting?"

I'm sure… And that's why it looks like anyone other than me would have thrown it away as soon as they saw it. It just happened." 

"I swear, the only testing I did was to see if it was the problem."

"Three days…at least we have the back up generator."

Andrea looked up. "What is it? If you have more work for me, I'm not taking it right now. I have been swamped this week, and I still have a ton of work to do. Come back later."

"I'd say more like definitely not." 

"It's a frame. To hang pictures in. I just made it out of spare gears I had lying around. Haven't found a picture I want in it though."

"Probably not," he said sheepishly.

"What’s it for, anyways?"

"Very possible. And while that might be an interesting experience, I prefer my own bed." She stuck out her hand. "I don't think we've ever been formally introduced. I'm Andrea."

"That is true." She agreed. "I think they’ll be more than just mad if you interfere. They’ll probably keep you in a holding cell if you tried to interfere."

After she checked that he had caught it, she shoved some more parts over to him. "You now have the oil, and the car starter relay that needs oiling. I think you can figure out what to do next."

"Did you think about using headphones? You know, those things you put in your ears to play music and block out unwanted noises?"

The World Keeps Spinning Round

Warren took a step back instinctively, but stuck out a hand to catch the thing.

"I just kept running into sex related things all day.  Seriously.  All day."
