Gynecomastia is an intersex trait, and cis inter teens are being taught to hate their bodies because they have those traits. I think it's reductive to oppose trans kids who cant get the surgeries they want to cis kids who get all the gender affirming care because there's a huge blind spot : it erases intersex kids ignoring how society violently tries to fit them in the mold of sex binary from the very start, planting seeds of self hatred for their bodies from day 1. Of course they are just "cis boys" in the article : it's erasure, it's trying to fix people to "normalcy", and it's very dangerous... especially if trans perisex folks start believing in that false dichotomy of cis kids getting all the surgeries no questions asked, as I've seen a lot of that line getting used lately.

Is there any love for trans girls who didnt know? Who never had signs? Who went through life comfortable with their gender until one day suddenly they werent? Where all of a sudden after years of going “auhh yeah i wanna have a sick beard and be a cool guy” it all swapped and facial hair makes you hate yourself and you feel trapped in the body that once used to make you so unbelievably happy. The girls who see all these girls going “hehe i always was stealing skirts to wear them and i always felt like a girl since the beginning” and get sad and dejected because they just dont feel like they belong?
