Updated after Saúl renewal. 01.07.17. Players on loans last season belong to Atleti again from today on.

Until 2018: Moyá, Gabi, Juanfran Torres, Cholo Simeone, Javier Manquillo, Fernando Torres.(*). Until 2019: Diego Godín, Filipe Luis, Augusto Fernández. Until 2020: Matias Kranevitter, Stefan Savic, José María Giménez, Kevin Gameiro, Nico Gaitán.  Until 2021: Jan Oblak,  Luciano Vietto, Ángel Correa, Sime Vrsaljko, Diogo Jota, Santos Borré.  Until 2022: Yannick Carrasco, Thomas Partey, Antoine Griezmann, Lucas Hernández, Theo Hernandez (**). Until 2024: Koke. Until 2026: Saúl Ñíguez.

(*) Extra-officially he has extended his contract one season more (**) His signing with RM is a done deal but it hasn’t been announced yet.

What do you think about Courtois going to Real Madrid ?

I understand him because living away from your children must be tricky and all that stuff. I want to remember the good things he did for Atleti, how many times he saved our asses, and how respectful he has always been towards our club since he left.

I don’t like it’s RM, but what can I do huh? As long as he doesn’t become a piece of shit while being there, I won’t have anything against him.
