There has been some long delays from Auspost who we use to ship our products. Some delays upto 5 weeks which isnt good enough for our liking. We are transitioning to DHL which would ship our products to NZ alot faster. However this means a few changes for our business. There will be an increase in shipping to NZ but the delivery times will be 5 days. DHL fly to NZ daily. Also this means many orders in May has been sent and in the Auspost backlog. Packages are travelling via sea now.This is out of our control and communication from Auspost has been terrible. We apologise for the inconvienience. These packages will be going by sea and could take upto 5 weeks. As of today all orders from Aotearoa will be sent via DHL. There maybe a few days delay as we are setting up oir account but by early next week we will have them posted. We will also cover the excess postage costs which will hurt us financially but we would prefer happy customers more than anything. We are so sorry for the hold up in deliveries. We refuse to let covid pull us down and slow our business. Its jisy another learning lesson to improve our services.
