now feels like a good time to reiterate that Iranians have been martyred by america + israel already, both empires that possess nuclear weapons, and that Iran does not have nuclear weapons. so now is not the time to joke about america getting nuked-- any retaliation on Iran's part is justified and the only way we escape this situation, but Iran is not going to nuke us, because the entire premise that Iran has nukes is how america justified bombing them and also the exact same rhetoric we used against Iraq and how we killed my countrysmen when there was again no evidence of nuclear warfare. It's entirely unsurprising that Bill Clinton endorsed his fellow sexual predator Andrew Cuomo. It's entirely unsurprising that the Democratic Party bosses are doing everything they can to rehabilitate Cuomo at the expense of a genuinely progressive candidate who actually gives a shit about people.

That doesn't make it any less disgusting, and it's one of the many reasons why I am absolutely done giving any money, or doing any campaigning, for this out of touch, feckless, garbage party.

Democrats as a party at like 36 points LESS popular than fucking Fascists who are kidnapping innocent people and terrorizing entire cities. Every fucking day they are handed a dozen opportunities to show us they believe the "AMERICA IS DOOMED IF YOU DONT SEND ME 27 DOLLARS" emails they spam us with every goddamn day, and every fucking day the useless, weak, pathetic "leadership" in the party wrings its hands and mulls writing a letter. Then they send us another e-mail.

America is under attack from a rogue president and his band of criminal thugs, and the one party that has the numbers and resources to do something about it is telling us to clap harder for their pointless speeches.

So, yeah, of COURSE those same "leaders" are going to prop up a man who is a serial sexual abuser, liar, and scumbag.

Democratic "leadership" are a bunch of Vichy Quislings who can't possibly be this stupid; this has to be a choice.

That's why the party is underwater. That's why the party is less popular than motherfucking FASCISTS.

I will vote against fascists, because that's my duty as an American. But I'm done financially supporting a useless party that can't fucking shoot straight and spends more energy attacking and destroying progressives and progressive policies than they do defending Democracy.

i unironically think that the resurgence of mustache culture has brought about a male slut era that is in many ways still in its infancy but is growing day by day. hemlines are getting shorter, chest hair is growing back, tops are cropped. gone are the dark, dark days when the sluttiest thing a man could do was roll up the sleeves of his button up office shirt. we are returning to the light of mustache rides and teeny tiny swim shorts. amen.

I've been doing a lot of thinking about my family and how I was treated as a child, and honestly, my father has never seemed more amazing in my eyes.

I used to love Luigi(Mario's brother) when I was little. Like, he was my favorite character ever, and I had multiple plushies of him. Didn't give a fuck about Mario, vaguely tolerated Peach, but I loved Luigi.

On my first day of kindergarten, my dad gave me the number for his work phone and said it was Luigi's phone number. "If anything happens at school, call Luigi."And not even twenty minutes into my first day, I was having a panic attack. So I went down to the principal's office and called "Luigi."

Now, at the time, my father was in a meeting with his manager and his supervisor, along with most of his coworkers. And when I called, he picked up before he even left the room.

And he put on a very awful Italian accent and said, "Itsa me, Luigi! Whatsa the matter?"In front of his boss and coworkers. Without telling them what was going on. So they were absolutely bewildered, and he carried on like they didn't even exist. He only explained what was happening after I had calmed down and hung up, to which most of them responded with "Aww, cute."

I continued to call him whenever I got upset at school, and eventually his coworkers got in on it. I distinctly remember one of them impersonating Toad. I don't know why I'm telling you this, I just thought it might make you smile :)
