- Thea will make an appearance but Nora is aware she’s universally hated… so there’s that

- Neil gives Andrew the first cheek kiss and the first forehead kiss (mostly because Andrew can’t reach Neil’s)

- she really likes the bond between Jean and Neil and hopes to explore that to some degree. She says their experiences laid the groundwork for an enduring friendship and they have a very special kind of intimacy

i keep thinking about jean’s POV of riko going to hit neil.

in aftg, neil is so focused on riko coming down with his racket to hit him that it seems like andrew comes out of no where to save him but i love that jean sees it. and it’s not like he just moves out of goal or anything, no, he HAULS ASS to get to neil to save him. that to me says everything. i love them so bad

has anybody else noticed the near constant slightly blurred effect on dead boy detectives? i’m not imagining it, right? at first i thought it was just shots of dead characters that had that effect but now i’m not 100% sure
