Crushed but Experienced

I still cannot understand how someone can know that a person loves them so much and continue to hurt them emotionally. Continue to take advantage of them. Continue to give them memories yet hurt them in the process of doing so. Make them think that it was all real and there was something special but in reality it meant nothing. So in the end the person loving was greatly crushed and shocked to death. It really is a cruel world out there but life goes on. We must continue to be the great person that we are and hold our heads high. Being crushed just means that now we are more experienced at life and can now make the right decisions.

I've learnt that happiness is a choice and it can't be with you 24/7. However you are in control of your choices so simply choose the things that make you happy and disregard the ones that don't.

Beware of the Users

The one you think you love so deeply can just be using you. He didn't want to make it official so he was using me. He made up excuses all the time so he was using me. He said that he was not committed so he was using me. He said that he wanted to keep me in anticipation so he was using me. He never messaged morning or night and didn't reply to me for days so he was using me. He never did things because he actually wanted to so he was using me. He said sorry for using me so he was using me. He played me for an entire year so he was using me. He was accepting my love even though he knew he had no future intentions of being with me so he was using me. He went out on a another date with someone else after I went back thinking that I was giving him another chance but he was using me still. As smart as I am my love for him just clouded everything bad about him and the indifference and disrespect that he had for me. Even though the signs were all there it took me months to accept that he was using me because I was in denial and hope lived in my heart that someday he would feel the same for me and that we could be something exclusive but unfortunately it was only one thing that he was ever interested in.

Let Go

When you blindly love someone and all they’ve ever done is hurt you, the best thing to do is just let them go. You may think that it’s so hard to let go but trust me letting go is the best option for you even if it means deleting and blocking them out off your life. It took me months to realize this and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Do it for your emotional well being because you can’t force someone to treat you right and love you back the way you loved them. His feelings won’t change, if he never loved you since the beginning and says that he don’t appreciate you he never will.

Find What You Really Want

Sometimes you may believe that what you want will be good for you, that with it you can achieve happiness, even though you’re dead wrong because in no existing world you can never be happy with it, however as stubborn as you can be you insist that deep down it is what you need, it is what you want because you are inevitably blinded by your feelings, feelings that were once never there, feelings that refuse to go away, feelings only felt by you. But trust your gut! In the beginning and all along you would have been right but because of what you denied and what you felt alone, you refused to just listen to what you really wanted and settled for what you thought you wanted.
