In Miraculous X Hunter, Neferpitou’s civilian identity is Doctor Blythe.

Dr. Blythe: -A surgeon at the hospital Komugi is being held at. They are essentially her caretaker and have performed many surgeries on her. -Dr. Blythe is super nice! They are great with kids and love animals. -They know Meruem, Komugi’s husband, who comes visiting the hospital often to see his ailing wife. -They have no idea he is Hawkmoth.

Neferpitou: -Becomes Neferpitou after the death of their father. -An akuma is more powerful based on how much misery or dark feelings they have inside of them. So an akuma of a child who had their toy stolen is nothing compared to the power of an akuma who has had their father murdered. -Neferpitou is overwhelmingly powerful, and ends up taking Peacock’s (Kite) miraculous and killing him when he tries to protect Ladybug and Chat Noir. -It’s Neferpitou’s defeat of Kite that sends Ladybug (Gon) into a spiral. He is suddenly hit with the realization that people can die and that the people he love can be put in real danger. He becomes incredibly set on trying to defeat Pitou in order to set back the damage and resurrect Kite with his purifying ability. -Much like in the original HxH series, Killua (Chat Noir) tries desperately to be Ladybug’s rock. He tries to make sure that he doesn’t do anything reckless, and in his attempts to get Ladybug to get some sleep or to take a break from patrolling non-stop he gets himself yelled at by Ladybug. The things Ladybug says damage him immensely. -In the end, Ladybug tries to defeat Pitou on his own and gets the tar beaten out of him. Chat Noir manages to carry him away in his arms, but while he cradles the unconscious Ladybug under a bridge Ladybug unexpectedly detransforms. Chat Noir is mortified to find out his best friend (and recently turned boyfriend) has been in danger all along! Killua does not reveal that he knows who Ladybug is until a few weeks after Pitou is defeated. -When Neferpitou is defeated, Gon struggles to cope with the fact that under all the grief and fury, Pitou is a person. Pitou was suffering too and would never hurt someone if not for the akuma (especially since they are a doctor!) -Although Kite is reborn, he never regains his miraculous.
