Holly's passion is like her appetite, in a hypothetical confrontation it's what drives her to overcome the threat of the beast

There seems like there's gonna be a whole thing with temptation and ES's area being comparable to the garden of Eden, hence needing to resist

"You're so stupid/Trying to resist/My kiss/But you know I'll never miss/Baby, you just need to relax/Don't panic when it hits/Shoot my arrow right into your back"

Furthermore, this whole song is disarming. I'm really fond of this idea that Hollyberry falls for Eternal sugar's façade to an extent. Seducing her with these saccharine sentiments that she needs to "relax" and not "panic". And when she is thoroughly enamoured, eternal sugar can backstab her to get her souljam back

"I wanna show you how to trust/Want you to see what love is/I wanna show you happiness/So you don't have to fear it"

C'mon guys, "happiness" is literally right there

Expanding on the false security, I really like the idea that ES has re-contextualised her virtue, that this sloth she feels is her new happiness. HB takes a very heads on approach to everything, she's used to impending doom and being attacked by aggressors, so by assessing this so called "threat" who is passive and seemingly docile, It would be conflicting.

(+ I lean heavy into the uncertainty aspect because I can't get over Holly's expression in the teaser gacha pull photo. It's so subtle yet promises their dynamic will challenge Hollyberry's spirited nature)

"You've fallen before and it hurt/One too many lessons learnt/But I can see your heart, it burns/When's it gonna be your turn?"

Oh, OH, This bridge gets me. I can only imagine eternal sugar referring to Hollyberry's insecurity on failing to protect the ones she loves. Even if self-imposed, Hollyberry's exile was because she couldn't bare to face this, and by "one too many lessons learnt" it can refer to a plethora of things (her friends, her kingdom, her family) that she felt responsible for. like she can't even bare to hear her own granddaughter call her grandma 😭

And she's got so much passion and love in her heart that it unbearably "burns" because of these inadequacies

And and that last line is very much ES saying "when is it gonna be your turn to finally rest?" Or even to finally be protected by someone else and submit to the truth that there is no threat in ES's paradise

(+ the whole dreamy yet eerie vibe of the instruments and vocals in this song lend really well to the aesthetics of Eternal Sugar)

Like I subconsciously knew this, but coming back into the fandom after a long break and watching WL's beast story,,,,

So like... does anyone else have a firm belief/headcannon that most, if not all elemental legendaries used to be mortal cookies?...

We've seen it like thrice in canon (as far as i know) where a character "dies" and is reborn an elemental... i.e Fire spirit, Sherbet and Frost Queen

However, characters like wind archer, millennial tree, moonlight etc were either made for a purpose or were a force of nature that took the form of a cookie

"Originally, this Cookie was the wind who loved the green of the forest. This wind delightfully spent its days spreading fresh and sweet fragrances across the forest."

"She was created by the ancient wizards"

...

Ok the more I think about it the more I contradict my headcannons HAHAH

(the legendary title has a very fuzzy definition imo)

I just like the idea that more then the already canon characters are like a combination of a vessel (cookie body) and a natural force being reborn into a new being, having to leave their old lives behind or smthing
