Being somewhere between I made all the right decisions and I made the biggest mistake of my life is a very strange place indeed. I guess time will tell.

Bendy Before The Ink Machine - One Sided Love
Debussy - Claire De Lune will be BBTIM Henry’s theme song then :)
Also just to clarify that In this BATIM AU Henry didn’t get married to Linda. And this Henry has a Twin Brother. So Linda married to Hector instead of Henry.

“wait... am i a people-pleaser?”: Self-Care and insecurity
“I have NEVER thought about this… am i?”
A few months, while journalizing, i came to the conclusion that i had been acting like a people pleaser for as long as i could remember… and i didn’t even know it. I was afraid to speak my truth because.. “what if others didn’t like what i was saying?”. I was also afraid (and must also admit that i’m still getting over this fear) of dressing the way i wanted.. “because what if others didn’t like it?”.
I realized i had had enough. I was always asking, and sometimes i still do! what if others didn’t like it, without realizing that this is my life, not theirs, so why am basing my actions on their opinions? I hadn’t realized all this time that i was always trying to please others with either my face, the way i dressed or my words. If someone didn’t like me, i felt like dying! why? because i thought, subconsciously, that the way they reacted to me defined who i was, so i was always trying to please others, instead of myself, which made me feel horrible.
Since i’m very empathetic it’s very simple for me to put myself in others shoes. Sometimes it’s so easy that i used to forget that those were not my shoes. Being an empath is an amazing gift, because you can understand every type of opinion out there. However, that we understand does not mean we have to agree! It’s important to speak our truth and if people do not like it, that’s fine! but you spoke what you really thought.
Always remember that when you’re kind to yourself you’re being kind to others. Self-love is the best way to help, because when you’re happy you take that everywhere.
In conclusion:
- Understand others points of views but do not live your life limited by other peoples perspectives.
-Understand that self-love is important.
-Be compassionate & understand but do not let them walk all over you.
Much love,
Cami  ♥

Difficult emotions: validating & releasing them
When we experience an uncomfortable emotion all that we want to do is… don’t feel it & in most cases, shame ourselves for feeling it. We start running away from fear, sadness or anger. We ignore these emotions because they have taught us that it’s not ok to feel them & in the end they start building up. What if we change this view though? What if we start validating our feelings, instead of ignoring them?
Ways of validating your emotions:
Don’t feel ashamed for feeling: The truth is that there’s nothing to be ashamed of. Society tells us that we shouldn’t feel bad, so we end up feeling worse and putting an extra baggage on our shoulders called ‘shame’. Repeat this constantly: “It’s ok for me to feel the way i’m feeling”. Take off the shame baggage, we don’t need it.
Try not to run away from yourself: Well, i think all of us are guilty of this. Some people run away by scrolling on the internet endlessly even though they’re already bored (that’s me), other’s find other ways which are more unhealthy like drinking. My advice for me and everyone who might need it is… stop running. If we keep running from our emotions, they won’t magically disappear. Instead, it’s much easier and helpful to accept the fact that we are hurting & that it’s completely normal to do so.
Say yes to FEELING & no to repressing: Let yourself cry for a moment & i mean crying loudly (think about a little kids when they cry, they don’t care) Grab a pillow and scream. Let yourself feel sad without feeling ashamed. It’s ok. Something beautiful happens we stop and feel the pain, it disappears, we feel relieved. Finally. you’re not running anymore. You start healing.
Some ways to stop running and start healing:
Journaling: Write everything that’s bothering you down. You will notice how many things you have been repressing. This is extremely healing.
Painting: Paint whatever you want and however you want. Get messy!
Be still or meditate: Some people find themselves crying while meditating. Why is that? Because finally they are still and they can’t run away from the difficult emotions they have repressed… so they start releasing them.
Crying: My personal favorite! crying helps you release toxins and pain that has been stored inside the body.
Speak: You can talk to a therapist OR to yourself! Have a conversation with yourself (this is like journaling but outloud) talk about the things that are bothering you.
If you know more healthy ways to release emotions, comment below!
A little affirmation:
“It’s ok for me to feel the way i am feeling. I allow myself to feel”
Remember that it’s ok to feel & the more we feel instead of repressing, the more quickly we start healing. Don’t forget to be patient with yourself though. Hope this helped!

“✨ The Law of Attraction can be understood by understanding that ‘like attracts like’. What this means is that whether we realize it or not, we are responsible for bringing both positive and negative influences into our lives. Whatever you’re longing for, whatever your dreams and goals, the Law of Attraction can teach you valuable lessons that will bring you closer to your most treasured ambitions. ✨”

Hi guys!! I’m so excited to finally write about this project i had in mind for a while now.
Some months ago i tried balancing my chakras with the help of the internet. I found so many meditations on youtube and even yoga poses. I turned it into a kind of “challenge” were i spent three days using what i found to balance each of my chakras. I then thought… what if i share all of these resources? how fun it would be if more people were involved! So if you’re interested, keep reading ✨
The challenge will originally start this Saturday. Every three days we will be working on each chakra (three days for the root chakra, another three days for the sacral, etc). I will be writing a post full of resources that i found (meditations, affirmations, yoga poses) for each of the seven chakras. They will be coming up every three days too.
If you want to participate please reblog this post so more people can find out and we can all help each other out! Please feel free to add more info to the posts i write! If you want, you can send me a message for questions or ideas you have :-)
