Well, i didn't get to play The Mimic, but a friend of mine had asked me if i could draw this character called Kaito, and i particulary enjoyed drawing him, this was my first sketch officially done on my computer.

huge post because im fucking tweaking

i still cannot believe that in 2025 people think that isamu was "the golden child" of the uchiumi siblings for his whole life. he was in a household that prioritised good grades and was highly authoritative, isamu did not have good grades, coupled with the fact that he is the second child. first born sons are highly prioritised in many cultures.

i know that the mimic fandom wiki is fucking shit when it comes to information, i have my own gripes with it, but it does have its moments of accuracy. isamu. was. the. least. favourite. child. until the art uni letter.

isamu may have become the favourite child after the incident with senzai, sure, but senzai wasnt there. being the favourite child doesnt matter if youre the only one there, it by default makes you the least favourite as well.

isamu uchiumi was also a victim and im sick of people ignoring the fact he was abused just because its not shown on the screen in the game. why do you think he said "but wasnt he always better than me?" in reference to senzai?
