Application for Juvenile Reunification

Children of the Isle of the Lost! Mal and King Ben invite you to meet them and the other Villain Kids formerly of the Isle of the Lost at Auradon Prep to enroll you for the upcoming academic year.  By filling out this application form, you will be eligible to become part of the second wave of Villain Kids that will help to reunite our divided kingdom.

Please complete this form as accurately as you can.  Our goal is to welcome all the children of the Isle of the Lost to Auradon as expeditiously as possible.  At this time, however, we will only be accepting four more.  Mal and King Ben ask you to be truthful, sincere, and to always speak from your heart.  In time, we will all be together as one nation.  Your courage in volunteering for this program will bring that day closer!  Best of luck!
