Changes of Life
Who knows when life will throw you a curve ball. You go from living a happy and energetic life to being too tired at times that even breathing feels like a chore. Oh how I wish I were still in my 30s I’d do things totally different. I’d pay more attention to my health and the tell tell signs that your body sends out signaling you need to watch and stay on top of things. Oh well, so much for wishful thinking. Now I just have to navigate the changes of life that you encounter in your 50s so stay tuned I’ve got a lot to share.

Let Me
Let’s take our time tonight to explore each other’s bodies
To enter into the deep crevices of our hidden minds
I understand baby it may be your very first time
But I promise I’ll be gentle with you baby
Don’t let your thoughts get in the way
The time is right for loving
I feel it so strong I know that here is where you belong
I understand baby it may be your very first time but I promise I’ll be gentle with you
It is your sexual peak which I am seeking
Everything will be alright
Relax now baby please don’t struggle and fight
Against the burning passions which you feel
As I suck and lick you from your head all the way down to your heel
Making my way back up again to the center
Gently caressing, stroking, swirling and licking those which are most precious
Making you squirm and squeal from the skillful ness of each stroke of my sensuous tongue
Teasing, tasting and yet ever so pleasing
Is my aim unto you
As I gorge myself upon your manliness so very well endowed and your womanliness so firm and tight
Finally the explosion comes deep from within the core of your being
I eagerly drink all that your body has to offer quenching briefly my thirst
I’ll hold you close
Making certain you find rest in the warmth of my arms
It’s okay baby to be hypnotized and captivated by the womanliness of my charm
I promise if you let me I’ll guard your heart safe from all harm
If only you Let Me...

If It Pleases You
I long to envelop you within my passion
Singe you with the desires of my unique change fire that burns deeply for you
Sip not at my nectar but gorgingly drink the very essence of my soul making me whole with every flickering motion of your tongue
Dancing slowly within the sweetened entry of treasures hidden from the nakedness of a bird’s eye view
But swooped upon and devoured by the swiftness of an eagle
I have felt you for days on end
Which only leave me wanting and needing more as I am carried away by the scent of your manliness
I am catapulted into deep waves of ecstasy as my body writhe beneath your touch
I have an insatiable need to gorge upon you just as much
Losing myself over and over again into the deepest depths of a passion which burns uncontrollably inside
Take my hand and let me guide you within the secret chambers of my heart
Allow me to introduce you to the most intricate parts of myself
You have touched me as only one has moved upon oneself

Doing Time
I’m doing time
And you’re doing time
It is when I’m alone in my moments of solitude that I miss and long for you most
I love you want and need you more and more
You da man
Holding me down and keeping me focused like no other can
I’m doing time
And you’re doing time
It is now that trials and tests come to search out the deepest depths of our heart
Though there may be misunderstandings and miscommunications
The love we have is strong and from each other we will never depart
I’m doing time
And you’re doing time
I love you can’t you feel it
When I hurt only your love can heal it
I need you my love can’t you see without you there is no me
I’m doing time
And you’re doing time
One day soon time will parole us into a world called free
We will be together a one
Me loving you and you loving me
I’m doing time
And you’re doing time
I love you and forever you are mine

The Longing
I saunter towards you with the sleek movements of a prowess cat
Eyes dazzling, lips moist with a mischievous smile upon my face
The closer I get to you the faster my heart race
I extend my hand and say hello
You take my hand into yours pulling me close inside your embrace
I can hear the pounding of your heart
As you squeeze me tighter bringing my body that much more near
Finally you release me from your smothering grasp
For air I gasp as you excitedly reply “Hello dear”
Our eyes lock suspending us into time
Finally, there is a question that although unspoken makes us both wonder
Hmmmmm...”Your place or mine”

You Can’t Find Until You Define
How many of the listeners out there know that you have to define exactly what it is that you’re looking for or expecting in order for you to find it? Have you ever been searching or looking for something and someone ask you “Hey what are you looking for?” And when you stop to think about it, you don’t have an answer because you don’t really know. You haven’t defined it. When you haven’t defined what it is that you are looking for you are sort of flying around by the seat of your pants and you are all over the place. You have no sense of direction, no time completion, and no destination arrival. Why? It’s because you have not taken the time to define exactly what it is that you want to achieve or accomplish. And if you have not defined what it is you’re trying to obtain you can’t set realistic timelines or goals to ensure that find what it is you desire. Whether it be a new job, weight loss, a new man/woman in your life or just growth period.
Opportunity is all around you. What matters is where you put your focus. Ask yourself this question every day: “Where should my focus be?” Where you focus your attention, you create strength and momentum.
Concentration is the key that opens the door to accomplishment. According to William Matthews “The first law of success...is concentration - to bend all the energies to one point, and to go directly to that point, looking neither to the right nor to the left.”
How many of us know that when we are trying to accomplish a task, goal or anything that we become easily distracted when we start looking to the left and to the right? I know that I become very easily distracted when I stop looking straight ahead at the goal. For example, I can’t drive and talk on my phone at the same time. I become distracted and end up passing up my destination because I wasn’t focused on where I was going. Do you know that most successful people are the ones who have concentration? These people kept plugging away or working in one place until they accomplished their purpose. They are of one specific idea, have one steady aim, and one single minded and concentrated purpose that they are focused upon. And they refuse to allow anything to rob them of their time and energy or to distract them from the mission at hand.
You have to learn how to say No to the good so you can say YES to the best. How many of us are too afraid to say no to the good so we keep missing opportunities to say Yes to the Best? And you know what happens, we end up settling for second rate things instead of grabbing the very best. We end up with mediocrity because it was good to us at the time so we became comfortable thinking that we had arrived when in fact greatness was right around the corner. We said yes to the good and we missed the best. How or why did that happen? Because we did not Define what it was that we wanted before we started. We just went along with the flow.
How do we define what it is that you want? Remember last week I told you that you had to Let Go of that which makes you stop and that you had to use your momentum. Now, we know that although we all have momentum; it doesn’t necessarily lead to action. Some of us have the momentum at the pace of a snail, some a turtle, some a rabbit and then those have that eagle momentum. It’s not a question of do you have momentum. The question is what are you going to do with your momentum. You see most people think that motivation leads to action but it’s really the other way around. True actions precede motivation. I like how Michael Cades put it. He said “Don’t wait to be motivated. Take the bull by the horns until you have him screaming for mercy.” How many of you have taken the bull by the horns and made him scream for mercy? Be honest with yourself.
Perhaps you have not taken the bull by the horns and made him scream for mercy because you have not yet sat down and taken the time to define what it is you truly want to obtain. You might be saying Silent Storm exactly what does that look like or how do I do this.
First you sit down with a pad and pen and you write down your hopes, dreams, aspirations, wants and desires. Secondly, you write down what it takes to achieve it. Then you make a plan that you will put into action to help you obtain those hopes, dreams, aspirations, wants and desires. And here is the most important part of all You start working that plan that you put down on paper. This is how you define what it is that you hope to find.
A man or woman of words and not of deeds is like a flower bed full of weeds. Be careful not to let weeds grow up around your dreams. Weeds will choke out your dreams every time. Dreaming of the person you want to become is to waste the person you are. Let me say it like this “Don’t waste the life of the person you truly are dreaming of the person you want to become.”
Henry Ford said it this way “You cannot build a reputation on what you’re going to do.” Some people dream of great accomplishments while others stay awake and actually do them. Ask yourself are you awake or are you still dreaming? If the answer is Yes, I’m still dreaming then shake yourself awake and get busy.
Now, let’s do a quick recap of today’s topic. I told you that you cannot find what you have not defined. I said that in order to define it you have to do the following:
First you sit down with a pad and pen and you write down your hopes, dreams, aspirations, wants and desires. Secondly, you write down what it takes to achieve it. Then you make a plan that you will put into action to help you obtain those hopes, dreams, aspirations, wants and desires. And last but most important part of all You start working that plan that you put down on paper. This is how you define what it is that you hope to find.
Now let me share some strategies for success:
Don’t be a waste basket- you must know what to eliminate.
You must know what to preserve; and
You must know when to say No; Because when you develop the power to say No, it gives you the capacity to say Yes.
You get things accomplished when you direct your desires, not when you ignore them. You will find that when you have defined what it is that you want that your words, the tone of your voice, the way you dress, and your very motion changes and improves when you begin to live on and with a purpose. Begin to live for a reason and not must merely existing.
Stay in the groove of things but don’t make a rut or become stuck in one either. You must make something your speciality and this will require your concentration. Don’t allow people, things, or circumstances to distract you causing you to lose focus.
Let me leave you with this thought or affirmation of encouragement:
I will persist until I succeed. I am astonished at the aimlessness of most people’s lives and how easily they delegate the direction of their lives to others. “Learn to define yourself, to content yourself with some specific thing and some definite work; dare to be what you really are, and to learn to accept with good grace all that you are not.” (Anonymous)
Remember that it’s your time to rise. It’s your time to shine. It’s your time.

Letting Go of Whatever Makes you Stop
How many know that there is something holding you back from reaching your full potential? Keeping you from being the very best person you can be?
Letting go means to release that which is causing you not to increase. Letting go means to turn loose whatever is stunting your growth and keeping you stagnant.
Letting go isn’t easy because we have some habits that have formed most over the course of our lives. And honestly its going to require some discipline on our part. And if y’all are like me that in itself will be a challenge.
Also, it is going to require us to let go of unhealthy relationships, let go of unhealthy friendships (you know the friendships that want you to only cater to them, the ones that don’t want to see you to do better than what they are doing, they want to keep you right there with them or underneath them but the moment you start to pick up momentum to soar towards your purpose; they want to attempt to convince you that’s not for you, you can’t do that and when they see that’s not working then they tell you that you’re a Sell Out. But as long as you was catering to their agenda. As long as you wasn’t picking up any momentum that was going to get the wind beneath your wings to cause you to soar to accomplish your goals which would in turn line you up or position you for success it was all good. Let go of the unhealthy friendships, relationships, business ships and any other ship that is going to make you STOP!
Momentum is a great word for a powerful life. We all have momentum. But what are you choosing to do with yours???
What is it that is keeping you from growing, increasing, advancing and becoming the very best person that you can be???
You might be asking yourself well what does momentum look like?
Momentum is:
being single-minded;
Not wavering in the pursuit of a goal;
Having passion which knows no limit;
Having or possessing a concentrated intensity
Having a definite sense of destiny, and most of all;
Possessing a boundless vision and commitment to excellence.
I am here to help you capture and increase momentum in your life.
Faith plays a major part in our momentum and our success. You have to believe that you can accomplish anything that you set your mind to. If you can see yourself doing it, know that you can accomplish it because your Creator has already given you everything that you need to complete the vision. You can be confident and receive this momentum for your life.
Optimism is an important part of momentum. Because you have to be able to anticipate or foresee the best possible outcome.
You must be able to look at what appears or seems to be a bad situation and find something good or positive out of it.
We should be praying daily for the determination and tenacity of a weed. “It has been said that a great Oak is only a little nut that held its ground.” So, we see the beautiful big strong Oak tree that gives us shade in the summer time. It all began with a seed. The Oak tree symbolizes longevity, humble beginnings, patience, faith, power, endurance and strength.
Many of us take hold of opportunity, but we let go of it too soon.
Many people fail in life because they believe in the adage: “If you don’t succeed, try something else.” But success eludes those who follow this advice.
Dreams come true when you stick to your ambitions. Dreams come true when you refuse to be discouraged. We should never let adversity, disappointments and obstacles get the upper hand. Challenges should only fuel our efforts.
All great achievements require time and tenacity. You must persevere because the last key on the ring might be the one to open the door.
Hanging on one second longer than your competition makes you a winner. Become famous for finishing important, difficult tasks.
We do this by Letting Go of Whatever Makes Us Stop.
Did you know that ninety percent of all failure result from people quitting too soon? Many people who fail didn’t realize how close to success they were when they gave up.
Harriet Beecher Stowe wrote: “When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you until it seems as though you could not hold on a minute longer never give up then, for that is just the time and place that the tide will turn.”
You will always uncover opportunity by applying persistence to possibilities. When you get right down to the root meaning of the word succeed, you find that it simply means “to persevere and follow through.”
Any diamond will tell you that it was just a hunk of coal that stuck to its job and made good under pressure.
The road to success runs uphill, so don’t expect to break any speed records. Impatience is very costly. Your greatest mistakes will happen because of impatience. Most of the time we fail because we become impatient and could not join the beginning with the end.
Rupert Hughs said “The determined soul will do more with a rusty monkey wrench than a loafer will accomplish with all the tools in a mechanic’s shop. The power to hold on in spite of everything, to endure – this is the winners quality.
Letting Go of Whatever Makes you Stop doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a step-by-step process.
Now after We have Let Go of Whatever Makes Us Stop or is keeping us from gaining momentum and being optimistic, tell yourself Bravo and give yourself a round of applause. Because every now and then we have to encourage ourselves on this journey of Letting Go Whatever Makes Us Stop and say Bravo Baby, Good job, You Go Girl, You Go Boy, You Rock!!!!
Let me leave you with these this thought or affirmation of encouragement:
I will persist until I succeed. In the Orient young bulls are tested for the fight arena in a certain manner. Each is bought to the ring and allowed to attack a picador who pricks them with a lance. The bravery of each bull is then rated with care according to the number of times he demonstrates his willingness to change in spite of the sting of the blade. Henceforth, will I recognize that each day I am tested by life in like manner. If I persist, if I continue to try, if I continue to charge forward, I will succeed.
Remember that it’s your time to rise. It’s your time to shine. It’s your time.

Overcoming the Storms of Life
How many know that you are going to have some storms in your life? That you are going to experience adversity and have some obstacles to face and overcome. How many of you know that adversity brings about change? Now before I really dive into my topic let me just explain what I mean by adversity, obstacles and storms.
Adversity is a state or instance of serious or continued difficulty or misfortune. Obstacle is something that impedes progress or achievement. Storms are a disturbance of the atmosphere marked by wind and usually by rain, snow, hail, sleet, or thunder and lightning. It is also a disturbed or agitated state of emotion. And I am referring to the later definition of storm the disturbed or agitated state of emotion.
We do know that in order for us to reach the level of success we desire in life that we will have to navigate our way through the wilderness if we want to make it to the promise land. There’s no way that you are going to go through life without encountering adversity, obstacles, challenges, and storms. It’s not about how big or how small those storms are. It’s how you respond and react during the course of the storm that is going to determine your altitude. When I say altitude I’m referring to your emotional state of mind or as the Rapper Drake would say “Feelings.”
How many of us know that when things don’t go as planned or the way we hope and expected that we get caught up in our feelings? I know that I do. Yes, it has happened to me on more than once. But it wasn’t until I was able to control how I responded to those storms or unexpected adversity and obstacles that I could help to determine the outcome. When you are caught up in your feelings, you don’t always make good choices or decisions. Don’t let the storms of life and adversity cause you to get in your feelings. Think of it as an opportunity for growth and improvement. Storms and adversity come not to break us or tear us down but to make us strong, to cut away the unproductive parts of our lives that keeps us from being fruitful and productive. Let me say it this way. Storms and adversity come to give us strength and to help us grow up in order to make sound and realistic choices.
If you are going through or experiencing storms in your life this is good. You are probably saying Silent Storm you are tripping. There is nothing good about this storm that I’m in right now. Well, the fact that you’re going through the storm is a good thing because consistent victories over adversity are the stepping stones on your path to success. Be thankful for the storms and the adversities because if you didn’t have storms and difficulties everyone would be doing what you do. Not everyone can endure the storms or adversities that you face. Did it ever occur to you that you are going through the perfect storm designed just for you to help equip and fine tune everything you need to be successful? I like the way that Lauris Norstad put it. “A successful man will never see the day that does not bring a fresh quota of problems and the mark of success is to deal with them effectively.”
You will never be the person you are meant to be if pressure, tension, and discipline known as storms are removed from your life. Refuse to let yourself become discouraged or disheartened by temporary setbacks. If you encounter hard bumps along the road don’t worry, at least you’re not stuck in a rut. Don’t let circumstances be your master. Let me say that again. Don’t let circumstances be your master. So don’t give up but stay the course and weather the storm by keeping a positive mindset and being optimistic.
It has been said that you can always measure a man by the amount of opposition it takes to discourage him. Don’t you know that when the water starts to rise, that you can rise too. Aim and strive to go over and not under when the storm comes. Look at storms as not being disastrous but as a redirection of our lives in a positive and meaningful way. Because it’s in the midst of weathering or overcoming the storms that change comes. My elders always told me that man’s storms and adversity is always an opportunity to increase your faith and to grow and improve.
Remember the difference between an obstacle and an opportunity is your attitude and how you respond. Every opportunity has a storm or difficulty and every storm or difficulty has an opportunity. You know there are a lot of people who have good intentions but at the first sign of adversity or a storm they just give up and stop. In life you are going to have storms and with those storms some puddles are going to be created. Don’t look at the puddles as an obstacle but look at the puddles as a sign or indication of where to step as you go through your storm on your path to success.
Closing thoughts, Every storm has in it the seeds of solution. If you don’t have any storms you don’t get any seeds and without seeds there is no growth. Be thankful for the storms because your harvest is coming.
Remember that in the midst of the storm just hold on cause change is coming and don’t be afraid to embrace it.

Level Up
Level Up
Have you ever come to a point in your life where you know and feel that it’s time to step up your game plan because coasting along just isn’t cutting it for you. You feel yourself losing momentum and you just don’t seem to be satisfied with the results that you’re getting. It’s because it’s time to Level Up.
Let’s look at the definition of the word level. Level means to bring to a common level or plane; height, position, rank or size in a scale. So when you are leveling up you are supposed to move from one position or ranking to another. You can’t become stagnant or complacent. There should always be constant forward movement. Forward movement is not standing still. It’s not being stuck in one place. Forward movement is continuous. You don’t want to be one of the people that misses opportunity. No matter how big or small the opportunity might be, use it! When you do the things you need to do when it should be done regardless if you like it or don’t like it that’s leveling up.
Do you know that one of the biggest deceptions that prevents and stops us from leveling up is thinking that today is not critical. Every day that you are above the ground is a critical day. It’s critical because it’s a day that brings new gifts, opportunities and chances to live a productive life. Every day you should wake up like a little child on Christmas who can’t wait to rip into the presents under the Christmas tree. Every day we should wake up excited, eager to tear into each new opportunity the day brings. This is part of leveling up. The person who is moving forward to the next level isn’t worried about or concerned about what happened on yesterday. Reason why is because the night before they sat down and reviewed that day’s productivity. They compared it to their To Do list or their plan to see what was accomplished and what wasn’t. The things accomplished was crossed off the list. Everything else was moved forward to the next day. There’s that forward movement again that I said was part of leveling up. You can’t level up without moving forward.
See, we allow disappointments, adversity, obstacles and storms to either slow us down or make us stop all together. And let me tell you what else we allow to stop or keep us from leveling up. We allow people to keep us from moving to the next level. We become so caught up with and concerned about other people’s opinions about us stop us from moving to the next level. Stop worrying about non-factor irrelevant people’s thoughts and opinions about you. Are they paying your bills? Are they pushing you to the next level? Are they building you up or tearing you down? Are they giving you life or sucking the life out of you? Are they game changers or bench warmers sitting on the sidelines? Think about it and stop letting people keep you from leveling up.
Also, when you go to the next level be careful of the wolves disguised in sheep clothing. Everyone is going to want to jump on the bandwagon when they see you progressing toward the next level or after you have leveled up. They will come disguised as business opportunities, coworkers, friends, family, associates and acquaintances. There will always be someone looking to jump on board for the ride. Trust me they will try to get the blue print to your plan. How many of you know that you can’t tell your left hand what your right hand is doing? How many of you know that moving in silence is the best way to move? You can’t tell people what you got going on. Let me say it another way. If you are leveling up to millionaire status don’t tell or layout the Blueprint to your plans to a one cent minded person. So they can hate on you, plot against you, pray against you and try to sabotage your every move. Do you think that Bill Gates laid out or told the blue print to Windows before he launched Windows? Do you think that Steve Jobs laid out the blueprint for Apple before he started it? So why would you? Ponder on that.
Another thing about leveling up is everyone ain’t going with you. You are going to have to leave some people behind. You can’t take everyone with you. Everyone is not meant to go with you to the next level. When you try to take or carry people with you to the next level who are not meant to go it stops your progress. Don’t be afraid to leave people behind or cut people off as you level up. There are people who are only meant to be in your life for a season. When the season is up you have to let them go. Don’t try to hold onto them. Don’t talk yourself into believing they supposed to go with you. When you move forward and go to the next level just know that you’re going to be alone. Don’t be afraid to be by yourself. It might seem a little scary but it’s okay. Everything will be fine. You are going to be fine. When you move to the next level being alone is a good thing. It helps you to stay focused.
Now when moving to the next level you want to connect with or have people in your circle that’s going to help push you to the next level. Surround yourself with people who have achieved the level of success you are trying to obtain. Millionaires have Billionaires in their circle when trying to level up. You can’t have a Millionaire mindset hanging with one cent minded folks. You won’t level up cause those one cent minded folk going to hold you back. You can’t carry dead weight when trying to move to the next level or level up.
John Maxwell said “ Successful leaders have the courage to take action while others hesitate.” Thomas Edison said “Everything comes to him who hustles while he waits.”
Let me leave you with these words of wisdom by William Ward. “Study while others are sleeping; work while others are loafing, prepare while others are playing and dream while others are wishing.”
There is not time like the present and no present like time. Those who take advantage of their advantage get the advantage in this world. Stay focused, stay prayerful and stay encouraged and positive as you Level Up.
