hh does anyone know how to help w extended burnout?
#my problem is like..#i don't let myself take breaks from writing/regain energy??#so i'll spend all my energy on my hyperfixation n actually get stuff done (which is me on @quaktoys rn)#but then i'll have spent that energy n since i like a constant intake i build up more things and then end up abandoning them??#it's weird but like ..... if you get what i'm sayin
