I think Spock could hang out with Squidward because they're the same type of cultured faggot but Squidward would get petty and mean about something and Spock would be like honestly mr tentacles I find this type of outburst very distasteful. & he would fix him

it has come to my attention that there is not nearly enough fanart celebrating Betazoid Badass™ Lwaxana Troi…. so i may have to do my part to remedy that

People are way too mean to Jake Sisko about his outfits :(( his fuckass outfits are one of the best parts of the whole show. Seeing non starfleet federation citizens. Seeing futuristic fashion. Having fun with colours and patterns. Seeing his fashion sense change from a child to an adult. He has more fashion sense than any of the muted militarised "something you could find in abercrombie and fitch" ass outfits of modern trek shows. Where is your zest for life, where is your idealism? Only Quark has more drip.

the biggest misconception about the search for spock is that people think kirk is trying to get spock back. as in “he knows in the end spock will be brought back.” he didn’t. the only thing he knew was that he needed to get spock’s dead body and his katra back to vulcan. he didn’t do all of that to get him back. he destroyed the enterprise, defied direct orders, and threw his entire career away just so that he could give spock the equivalent of a proper burial. *that* is love.

There's something so charming about a stack of PADDs in star trek because you know tablets didn't exist yet back then but they didn't want to use paper because it's not futuristic enough but they also want to show that they have a lot of paperwork to do thus the stack of PADDs which presumably was like a hybrid of stack of paper + floppy disks of the future. The retrofuterism of it all, I love it.

This is one of my favorite moments from any Star Trek convention panel. Brent Spiner and LeVar Burton absolutely dying at the thought of Patrick Stewart hosting an Easter egg hunt for them. (Video source)
