Bio: She is a magical girl who has been making suggestions to herself and turning her back on reality. On the surface, she is a friendly and amiable girl, but she also has a ruthless nature that will not hesitate to make a decision that will make someone else miserable. She tastes happiness when she goes out and misery when she comes home.

Designer Notes: Mirror motifs and silhouettes are scattered throughout. Although the dress is a pretend dress, we were careful not to make it look overly ornate to fit the world of Madoka Magica. The headdress is my favorite. I painted the eyes and hair to look like shards of glass, but I had a hard time expressing it properly in the card illustration. —[Character designer: Punyan]

Other design notes:

- shoes are confirmed to be glass

- hair ornaments (flowers) are translucent

- Soul Gem is meant to look like a mirror frame

Doppel Bio: The Doppel of seclusion. Its form is a mirror. The master of this emotion is angered by how her Doppel disdains reality yet refuses to move, and attempts to take control of it herself. This Doppel drew out a precise and intricate ideal world for itself, but placing a mess of complicated emotions onto that world has rendered it unable to move. There was a time when it tried to project its imagination onto mirrors to weave its ideal world, but the products of its own imagination felt not only bland, but outright shallow. In the end, after continually agonizing and chipping away at its own heart, its form changed into a flat, symmetrical shadow. Sick of the sight of her own Doppel hiding and worrying, its master proposed that they simply tack on the parts that were missing– to find living sacrifices with which to supplant its imagination. The Doppel agrees with its master’s suggestion.

Doppel Design Notes: Anomalies spread by the witch in a mirror that merges rolled ammonites. Both the witch and her doppelganger were cut out by f4, who said, "The thin part was very difficult.” - Doppel design by Inu Curry Theater Company (DoroInu)

Like is that NOT a take back? I'm just saying that's a take back. I'm saying that's a whole returned to store with receipt in hand deal. That's a refund to the original method of payment. JC returned our sins back to Walmart and walked out of there swaggy in his sandals and no one noticed.

Yachiyo Nanami is such a funny character because the writers of Magia Record went “What if a magical girl had to pay taxes?” And just developed her entirely from there

In both of the PMMM games I've been aware of (MR and ME) she's been put into the role of an attacker, but I don't think that quite fits.

like, yeah she's got guns and military weaponry and is cool as hell, but even in the latest timelines she was never able to beat walpurgistnacht on her own. I see wally as more of a metaphorical battle than a literal one in some ways- it can only be defeated via Madoka's death- but regardless.

I think it'd make more sense for her to either be a defense unit (her weapon is a shield and she wants to protect madoka), Support, or Debuffer (both things that she's very good at with her time stop powers)

Because she wants to be able to defeat any enemy in a single blow. she's worked so, so hard to become an attacker. But she's just not.

At the end of the day, she'll never be able to measure up to someone who's just got better stats.
