I saw this cute killua and gon comic by @paunchsalazar and 1) was totally enamored w/ the fact that Gon's wearing one of Mito's necklaces, and 2) really thought gon's hairstyle looked cute! So I did thing inspired by it.

Hey! So as some of you may have realized now, Marigold here has a small part in the latest chapter of @fireolin​‘s fic The Wishing Hunt. You may see more of them in the next chapter too!

So far Fi has done a lovely job conveying his character through Killua’s account of them and the few times the audience can see them too. I hope he adds to the overall entertainment for y’all.

If you haven’t read this fic yet, do give it a go! It’s so fun and has a delicious slowburn going on between Killua and Gon. Plus, occasionally you get to vote on future outcomes in the story!

I'm editing fic now so I've been hopping around between different chapters. But I'm pretty sure this is the most recent line I've done while editing:

Gon playing guitar and singing x 3, plus Killua looking on adoringly x 2. This started because I couldn't stop thinking about how I think Gon would particularly enjoy "If I Were A Fish" by corook, and I thought about him singing it around Killua, then to Killua or with Killua (hence Killua's kazoo as per the music video for this song). And then the artistic momentum carried me much further than I expected! lol

Adding on lil accessories and details is a lot of fun for me so I'm including some close-ups below the cut so you can see their accessories better.

Another thing inspired by @thehuntyhunties​ Ghost Hunter AU.

Gon and Killua are checking on some equipment/setting up things when Killua hears Gon talking in the other room. Then he remembers he left Gon alone in there moments earlier.

I learned things about the gif color limitations while making this lol. Here’s a non-gif’d panel of that last pic.

I was wondering why I hadn’t seen art of Weiss doing the Classic Utena Lunge™ and only after starting this did I realize it probably has at least a little something to do w/ the fact that Weiss’s sword is a nightmare to draw from any angle.

But bless fans who can 3d model and share their stuff online. I referenced this model of Myrtenaster by legenddragon. (Also, yes, I realized only after starting this that Weiss is left handed and then decided I didn’t want to try to flip and redraw things so. Imagine she’s ambidextrous I guess.)
