PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Her body is lightly carved with muscle that is a common trait among her clan. Her complexion is fair, only lightly kissed by the sun. Icy blue eyes peer out from a mess of almost white, blonde hair that’s decorated with feathers and blue/white beads.

Her facial features are smeared with various colors and patterns of paint. Her entire right side is a tribal tattoo extending from her toes, up her legs/thighs, entire side, the back of her shoulders and down her left arm. She often has various other symbols and designs of runes and animals painted on herself, though these change from time to time.

PHYSICAL ATTRIBUTES: She’s strong and fast, able to outrun most others in her clan. Though she’s no small, frail woman by any standard, she’s thought to be among the smaller warriors in her clan but her strength rivals that of her larger comrades, and due to a life of sprinting and jumping through the wilds, she’s light and fast on her feet

CHARACTER DESCRIPTION: A strong, spirited young warrior, Masika is a symbol of pride amongst her clan as she holds the esteemed rank of her clan’s Vanguards. Strong, capable warriors trained heavily in combat, survival and thought to be the embodiment of warriors past. At times of trials, she can be heard communing with these spirits, asking for their strength and guidance for what it is to come. She often travels alone, or with her white wolf companion, Kie who hates to be from Masika’s side.

Masika is strong, loyal, committed, stubborn, hard-headed, opinionated, and does little to hold back her private thoughts and opinions. She gives off a rugged exterior and quite often found to be intimidating. Deep down, however, she remains a young, adventurous woman who’s buried her own wants/desires for the good of her clan and duties her rank assigns to her.

Having mostly been raised in the lands that her clan has claimed, Masika is quite sheltered from the rest of the world. She’s not familiar with large settlements/cities, and is unfamiliar with a lot of their laws and customs. For this reason, she can often be thought of as simple or aloof though she is no fool. She’s just unfamiliar with the more civilized world and it shows. 

LOOKING FOR:  Anyone who wants to RP really. Masika can be a little difficult to bond with, and perhaps a little cautious and on edge when meeting new people. That’s not to say she’s unfriendly by nature but is the product of her raising, to be wary and guarded against strangers.

♥Hey guys due to the requests of making the post for Balmung I’m gonna go ahead and set one up to invite people to try hubbing at Druther’s here as well! This is a reminder, you have to linger here without others sometimes- or invite others to come RP here in order for this hub to stay open.  ♥What is a Hub?: A Hub is a place where Rpers gather knowing that its a pit-stop for consistent/story-driven walk-up Rp and plots. People will -not- be forced into plots that are presented by visitors, but participation does help the hub stay alive and active. ♥At times, this hub may be empty. This means we may need people to help stick around to make it feel alive. There are a few ways your character can find reason to linger. 

♥Working as a tavern-keep/wait-staff, chocobo-keeper or Woodwailer could be one way to make your toon want to stay near the hub area. The possibilities are endless.♥Brawling is not allowed inside the fenced area, but outside is free game. ♥This hub is NOT to be claimed by a specific guild!!! It is to remain open for everyone’s enjoyment. I will not be making a guild for those participating in the occupations of the area, so I hope people can discuss and come to terms with what they want from the hub individually.

♥Now in order to keep this hub active, people must  Linger about the area. This will help encourage others to come to the hub for Rp. Antagonists will be welcome! A FFXIV server, because so far I’ve had Problems with almost every other community Discord I’ve joined ranging from minor annoyances to straight up admin-sanctioned transphobia, and if you want something done right, do it yourself, only better, with blackjack and hookers.

Designed to be chill and not too rules-heavy, but comfortable enough for almost everyone. All servers allowed though I expect a lot of Balmung and Mateus, just by Tumblr population, but feel free to surprise me; all playstyles, from casual leveling to endgame; all writing styles; both RP and game content friendly. All ages, NSFW is opt-in so minors and people who don’t want to see it never have to, while the rest of y’all can go nuts. And so many user-assignable tags, for ease of finding like-minded players. (I just really like tag systems, you guys.)

It is often argued that everything our ancestors did and said gets stored into our brains. Their experience and knowledge gets passed down from generation to generation. This may explain why we know or react to certain things without having any prior knowledge.

Kulning is an ancient herding call used in the Scandinavian region. The call is a high pitch tone that can reach long distances. The herding call sounds more like a haunting and sad melody meant to echo through mountains and alleys.

It was getting late and foggy on a magical night last month when Swedish artist Jonna Jinton wanted to try kulning. She wanted to find out if the animals would answer to the call their own ancestors heard when the women called them. Kulning might just be one of the most beautiful and enchanting sounds ever made.
