“I know...I know...” She muttered to herself. Watching him get up she furrowed her brows curiously. “Really?” She scooted closer letting her legs rest on his lap. “I can’t remember the last time we got high.” She gave a small hopeful smile. “Feels like old times.”
Still here
“You just have to relax.” He said as he got up and went to go get a blunt for the two. Zion wasn’t to heavy into drugs but if he had to get stuck up on something itd be weed. He placed the blunt in between his lips and lit the end. “This will help us.”

Still here

“I feel like he will find out...and I can’t lose you like that Zion...” She felt her knee jitter at the thought. Maybe it was her itch for more coke mixing with her emotions. As he pulled her into him she held on tight hiding her face into his neck. “The one from the party...Mila.” She muttered embarrassed that she was admitting in her own way to jealousy.
Still here
Zion bit his lip. “He cant control you here.” He said as put his arms around her and moved closer to her, to him this felt like comfort. He always used to run to her no matter how big or small his problems were, she would listen and thats one thing he loved about her. “What girl?”

Moving her hand in his she moved with him to the couch taking a seat. “I didn’t want to leave...I didn’t want to end things with you.” She frowned looking down. “We both knew we weren’t supposed to be together...but we lasted years...in secret.” She looked up. “My dad found out...said he would have you killed in front of me if I didn’t up and leave...I couldn’t let him hurt you...let alone kill you...so I left...” She moved her hand from his. “Then my sisters death...I didn’t know she had a daughter or that Aubrey was with you...I found out recently and I had to find you two...so I came here...but I saw you had moved on to that girl...” She quickly wiped away the tears.
Still here
“Then tell me.” He said softly. “I promise its probably not as bad as you think.”

“No...I need to be sorry because you don’t know everything.” She spoke back looking up at him. She sighed. “I haven’t forgotten anything Z...” She started as she took a step back from him. “The years we were together made me the happiest...when I left...nothing changed, feelings...didn’t go away...”
Still here
“Of course I would. Our years together didnt just suddenly disappear out of my mind.” He spoke softly. “You dont need to be sorry. Things happen. Shit happens.”

As his fingers ran down her back she leaned over against him. Her hands lightly resting on his chest as she laid her head on his shoulder. She sighed closing her eyes as she remembered the good times they shared. “I didn’t think you’d remember that...” She finally spoke after a moment. “I’m sorry Z...” She softly, carefully spoke. “For...everything.” She hoped he knew what she meant.
Still here
“Ill be here then. I wont, I promise. “ He said as he ran his hand down her back. “I remember when we used to date, when I called you baby itd calm you down a bit.”

As he wiped her tears away she glanced his way sniffing. “What if I slip into doing it all the time? It was too hard quitting a first time.” She panicked slightly before looking at him, her breathing slowed down as she was able to recompose herself. “Please...just don’t use this as a reason to keep Aubrey away...” She whispered as a confused expression appeared on her features. “Baby..?”
Still here
Zion wiped her tears away. “Its fine. Youre okay.” He whispered. “Hey look at me, youre fine. Thats all that matters, just try to not do it next time okay, baby.”

Feeling his hand lace with hers she looked at him her eyes suddenly welling with tears. “I didn’t mean to do that...” She whispered shaking her head. “I haven’t touched the stuff in years...I just....” She closed her eyes ashamed.
Still here
“Are you sure?” He asked as he held her hand, intertwining their fingers. “You did a little to much coke.” Z sighed. “At least youre okay.” He mumbled as he kissed her hand

The blonde leaned her head against the wall as he spoke to her. She shook her head confused as she tried to focus on him. “Nu uh...what happened?”
Still here
Zion looked over and saw Ava, rushing to her side. “You okay?” He asked. “Do you need water or a bowl of cereal?”

Ava couldn’t remember much. Only Zion, the last thing her blue eyes set on. Darkness was left. She vaguely recalled waking up and seeing white with her blurred vision. Finally she woke up quite groggy in her bed. Moving her hand over her face she abled herself to stand and move to the kitchen wondering just what the fuck happened. Her feet felt like they were weighed down to the ground. Rubbing her eyes a few more times she went out to the livingroom holding onto items to stay standing. Seeing a figure she called out, her voice was raspy and hoarse. “H...Hello..?”
Still here
Zion couldnt let Ava be alone for a couple days, especially since what just had happened. He looked around the apartment and saw a picture of the two, smiling to himself. Next to that picture was Ava, her twin and himself all together. He wondered how Aubrey would react to a motherly figure in her life. His smile was cute off when he heard footsteps.
