Pagans before you get into the habit of trashing "Abrahamic religions" I suggest you pause and consider the following:

Are you meaning Christianity

Are you thinking evangelicalism in the United States

Are you about to be antisemitic and/or Islamophobic

Are you looking at pagan and polytheistic religions with rose colored glasses on

Are you basing your opinions solely on your personal biases coming from your own religious and/or cultural Christian upbringing and environment

There’s no wrong way to be a Satanist, but if your Satanism is just weird faith play-y porn we can’t be friends

I've recently started ending my prayers with "Satan" instead of "Amen". Not only does this feel more natural to me, but I feel it honors both Satan and the rest of the demons by acknowledging his position as the source from which everything flows from. I highly recommend this if you're struggling with prayer.

Satan has such a warm and pleasant energy to me. Every time I pray to him it feels like getting a warm hug from a father... It's so nice.

I would like to wish a happy Father's Day to Satan, he who has shown me nothing but warmth and kindness throughout the years I have spent devoting my time to him. While I was not able to do much for him today due to previous plans getting in the way, I have made sure to dedicate my evening to him. Ave Satana!

Hello, I am Al, I'm an adult and I use He/It pronouns. This blog is intended as both an altar space and as a way for me to document my practice as a theistic satanist and daemonolater. I've been a satanist and daemonolater for many years at this point, but due to events in my personal life I have been unable to fully immerse myself into the practice until very recently. I hope to be open about my practice and to perhaps make some new friends along the way! This blog is also a big WIP, so expect some things to be added and move around as I get things set up.
