After 3 weeks with a foot strain with little improvement. I finally decided it was time to head over to minor injuries and check things out. So I have Plantar Fasciitis, which is an inflammation of one of the tendonson the bottom of your foot. It's an impact injury and just takes time to heal. I have switched to ibuprofen gel and doing light exercises. What does everyone else fill their time with in times like these? Feeling excited. After 4 days of sickness I am finally back on my feet. A day that largely started super cold we made our way to Dale and had a coffee. As the day warmed up we walked down to a secluded beach and was blown away by the views and crystal blue water.
