hi i hope this isn’t overstepping but i saw your post about worst case scenarios and it sounds a lot like how my ocd presents. i thought i only had anxiety for a looong time and it made a huge difference once i realized ocd was part of it and started getting treatment designed for it!

Does anyone has have this daily internal battle where you come up with the most insane worst case scenario thoughts and conclusions and then you have to literally tell yourself… no, that’s not how that works. Multiple times a day I have to repeat that phrase to myself almost as a mantra like girl that is not how that works and you know it.
