Counting the days.

The demo for the glorious Monster Hunter Generations releases for everyone on the 30th of June. From this post that date is a mere 5 days away. I got my demo on the 22nd and let me tell you, from what I can gather from what I have played, my excitement will not be contained. It is so much fun to play, with all the new fighting styles, the arts system, and the new prowler system (where you play as a Palico, much much cooler than you think it may sound) it is exactly as advertised, if not better. My fellow hunters, MHG is by far, the most diverse Monster Hunter yet.

There are a few things to be sad about

Yes this clan of average jhos still exists, but sadly it is so sluggish in pace until MHX comes out. To be honest, the clan is more or less hibernating until we reach the fantastic day of MHX releasing everywhere but Japan. Some people already have japanese copies, some have other monster hunter things they do, like monster hunter online. Some, like myself keep playing 4u, doing the completionist thing. Point is, we shall all take this hibernation if the clan in our own way. Until the day of Cross arrives, we shall all sharpen our blades, and be ready for the next installment.

Hello everyone! Gold here, and I’m excited to announce the confirmation of our Halloween Hunts! They will take place this weekend, from Saturday through Sunday, running from 9 AM/EST to 9 Pm/EST. On Saturday, we will be hosting Special Events, so be sure to fill out this form if interested. On Sunday, there will be free hunts throughout the day, so be sure to stop by and check it out. Attention Average Jhos members!

Unfortunately it has come to my attention that we aren’t acting as we wished to when the clan was originally founded. That aspect is still to stand. We are to help the lower ranks rise, and help the higher ranks get what they need, while having fun all along. We have not been doing that, we have not been acting as we wished but wished to avoid, we have been acting in out best interests. I understand that we are all busy especially during this time of year, but we all have times we hunt and we are neglecting those that need help, we are taking up too much in prep and killing the time of others. I want to see us be more true to the original intentions of the clan instead of acting on what we wanted to avoid. So I ask this of the clan, please, keep to our original motto and intention and keep the Average jhos a clan built on helping each other succeed.

About the lack of activity.

Gold is usually occupied with personal endevors while I am distracted, so the blog isn't really touched all that often unfortunately, I am juggling two blogs with their own accounts, and I am more focused on the dash of my first blog, I will start putting forth more focus to this blog. -Mod Dar

Monster Hunter Cross

Anyone else excited? Because I am! Now reportedly its coming iut in winter for Japan, so following that trend it should come out in spring for everyone else. I am really, really looking forward to it too! With those weapon skills and new monsters, I can just imagine the adventures to come!

This set requires a Attack +9/10 triple slotted talisman and a single slotted weapon, or double slotted talisman and double-slotted weapon. 

One FreeElemnt decoration is needed for the chest piece.

Note that the Escadora headpiece is the blademaster piece, not gunner.
