Pretty amazing that black and white photography was first invented in 1839 and then color came along in 1907 and then 1935, but it still evokes a certain feeling of timelessness that color cannot, even in 2020 !

One of my favourite photographs from last year, taken in the bridal suite at Chateau La Couronne. These girls were wearing some seriously gorgeous gowns and the whole day was pretty amazing.
Somehow black and white images impart such a different feel to colour, maybe it is because it remonds me so much where phootgraphs first came from and how they were produced, miles way from todays instant digital record.
