So how’s the hatesex of the Room 27. How crazy do they get with it?

It's mostly a lot impact play and berating. From both sides, mind you. Their first time actually starts at a fight. Avi has the physical advantage but fortunately for Johann there was so much pent up sexual tension between them they stopped the fight and started fucking. Yay 💖

They also play this gay chicken game where any time one says something positive about the other he gets relentlessly dunked on, because God forbid they have feelings.

Because I draw a lot for them but I've never sat down and explained them here so then I don't feel like posting about them because who even knows or cares. Well now you know. And now you care. I mean maybe.

Charted territory

These are fics and you've probably read them already.

Gravity/TLOTU: The high school/college AU.

Melodía: The one where Avi and Johann are neighbours and music magic happens.

TMA: The one where Avi is an avatar of the Vast and Johann is an avatar of The Lonely. I need to finish this...

Other stuff: Random one-shots with generic settings that I don't plan on continuing. Also AUs for other ships like Lesbians in Space (sci-fi Sweet Flips) or The Last Men (post-apocalyptic Taakitz).

Uncharted territory

Stuff that I've developed privately, with the help of @crystallizedkingdoms. Some of them are straight up their idea and I just tagged along later.

Most of them are just horny, but some have somewhat of a plot? Will I write a proper fic for them some day? We'll see!

In alphabetical order because how else. Also, because I rarely talk about these, I'm adding art. To help conceptualize.

Dragon: So I had a dream (lots of my AUs start like this) where Johann was a bard who turned to thievery after music wasn't working out. In his quest for finding anything valuable, he stole from a dragon who cursed him to become a dragon himself. Meanwhile, Avi, a prince, was in search of a cure for a curse that fell upon everyone on his kingdom. They meet on their journey and decide to team up to find a cure for both of their curses, but Johann's curse kept getting worse every day, making him more into a draconic creature (in my dream he looked like the MC of Spitfire). As for Avi... he seems to be hiding a bigger secret behind the curse that fell on his people.

I honest to god want to write this, but I like the idea enough to try to turn it into an original, and that sounds scary so I haven't really touched it whoops. Maybe some day.

Oh man this is gonna set up a bad precedent for the rest of the list. This is the ONLY fic with a defined premise please don't expect this level of effort for the rest I'm so sorry I DIDN'T EVEN COME UP WITH THE PLOT IT WAS A FUCKING DREAM.

Fake-catboy: Kinda related to kittywolf down below but it's literally just Balance. Or modern. Something weird in between. It's just a setup for Avi to realize he has a catboy fetish and make johann wear cat ears and kitty lingerie. You know it's this AU if Johann has two set of ears and Avi is a plain-ass human.

Ghost: This is actually just sie's AU. You know, from AO3. Go read it now.

Hyrule: So I was playing BOTW a couple years ago in preparation for the release of TOTK and I thought. Man Sidon is so hot. What if Avi was a Zora. And Johann was a Hylian. And they had crazy two-dick sex. That's it. It sort of has a plot where Johann is in charge of the Voidfish and recruits Avi for help but I'm gonna be honest every time I draw or write for this is porn.

Ijiraq: Another of sie's AU. They've actually written some stuff for it. Avi is an Ijiraq and Johann is a rich city boy who moves to his town to work on his music. Ijirait are tundra spirits from Inuit folklore who have the power of shapeshifting and making people get lost, but the real angst comes from the fact they cannot be remembered. This is a very happy au where everyone is chill and no one suffers /s.

Kittywolf: An AU where Avi is a werewolf and Johann is a catboy. They met on Grindr or something, really didn't understand each other at first but with the power of Being Too Horny To Care they eventually got over their differences (mostly) and started dating.

Little Fang: Another sie AU. Johann is in a gothic rock band called Little Fang with Kravitz, Lup, Sloane and Ren, and then one day streamer Avingaming moves in as their new roommate. The plot revolves around two different groups of people clashing and learn about each other. The fun part is that both the Little Fang and Avi are successful and relatively famous in their respective fields, but since they're both diammetrically opposites they both think the other guy is some jobless loser. It's basically a sitcom.

Mermaid: Oh hey this one's familiar. I drew this art years ago but sie got their hands on it and now it has a plot. It's still a Little Mermaid AU except humans and mermaids know about each other and are in constant war because. Well. They eat each other. This is a very normal AU with no cannibalism fetishes or anything. Nope. /lie

Nightmare: This one is also a dream! It's... hard to explain. The title in my dream was An Alien And A Virgin Save The World And Become Best Friends, so a great start.

It was about an alien from another dimension (Johann) coming to Earth to look for an ancient eldricht god who wanted to eat all dimensions and kill everyone, and in the wake of its destruction it disturbed the interdimensional fabric and made other eldricht beings enter Earth and start attacking people. This is how Johann met Avi, an unlucky college student (who is also a virgin, but there's literally no reason to keep bringing it up okay i get it im a loser can we please go back to the GOD THING?) who kept being attacked by these monsters. Johann doesn't explain to Avi what's happening at first, but after saving him a couple times, he realizes there's something about Avi that's attracting these entities and enlists him as bait for his mission to cleanse earth of all anomalies and, eventually, find the Eldricht god and kill him before it kills everyone.

It has a twist.

It gets dark.

I'll write it some day.

Room 27: This literally started because I wanted Avi and Johann to have hatesex. It's an enemies to lovers """"Mafia"""" AU about Avi and Johann being in rival gangs and beating the shit out of each other but also fucking about it (sometimes at the same time).

The ACTUAL plot is that Avi is an inuk man from an impoverished indigenous town who moves to Neverwinter in search for better education and a job that will let him send money to his family. Unknowingly, he joins the crime family run by Lucretia, who offers him a very profittable job in exchange for his strength and loyalty, a very difficult decision for Avi to make... That's in the past, though. Current day Avi is one of Lucretia's top muscle men, in charge of keeping cargo safe and sending messages to people who get in their way.

Johann on the other hand is a goon for the Raven Queen, Lucretia's rival and the second biggest crime family in the city. He seems to have history with Lucretia, but Avi is not interested in that. They bump on each other for a while before reaching their current agreement: once a week (in theory, in practice is whenever they're horny) they meet up at a motel in the outskirts of Neverwinter and hook up. The first room they got was number 27, and even though they don't always get assigned that anymore, "Room 27" becomes the code they text each other when they want to hookup.

This is the AU I'm closest to developing and start posting, and it has a lot of background that I wanna talk about but can't because it would spoil the whole thing. But overall, and this is key, this started as a dumb excuse to write hatesex.

Vampire: Finally, the vampire AU! Or: Two College Students And A Vampire (Who Is Also One Of The Aforementioned College Students). It's a college AU where Avi and Johann are roommates and Johann is a vampire, and wacky sitcom hijinks happen about it.

It's based on that tumblr post about how vampires would fit super well in college and no one would notice because college students are weird. (couldnt find the actual op on tumblr because this website is a nightmare):
