Made a big vegan brunch for my family today, I made the French toast and my mom made the potatoes and açai!
Açai bowls • French toast • potatoes roasted w/ onions and peppers
The French Toast was topped with candied pecans and banana coins! It was a hit, I will be posting the recipe on my tumblr!
We are going to see two movies today and have vegan Asian food for dinner!

honestly people hating on vegans/veganism…like
i’m just trynig to walk lightly on this earth for the time that is given to me. i am vegan because i can be. i have the opportunity to lessen the hurt and pain i inflict on mother earth, my fellow humans and fellow non human animals. so why woldn’t i do that? i’m literally just trying not to make the world a worse place.
like just admit you feel bad that you are not doing as much as you probably easily could…thats not my fault though. deal with it yourself , stop externalizing your own moral dilemmas onto me and leave me alone ffs
